our website and mail server "princeautopart" is down for more than 2 days and when we contacted their team they said like its a hardware failure. Till this moment its not resolved. We are amazed that such a company who is claiming to be very professional doesn't have backup/standby system to face these type of circumstances. And by the way it is not the first time such issues are happening. One of the worst experience we are going through. And they really deserves the tag of UNPROFESSIONAL. We are helpless that we have to give minimum one star to post this other wise it would have been MINUS rating.

KuwaitNet website is 'average' at best and not very inspiring - on Chrome the scroll-bar on the right does not appear at all. Which means to navigate you have to use pgup/pgdn keys. For a company that does website development - you would expect it to be inspiring and without any issues.
