I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Kyochon. As a kabayan, I always try to be understanding, especially when it comes to staff meals, but I was surprised by how strict the staff were about something as simple as requesting iced tea. I can offered to pay extra for it, but they still refused just because it was considered a staff meal. Good customer service isn’t just about the food — it’s also about a little consideration and flexibility. I hope Kyochon can improve in this area, because small gestures really matter to customers.
