Affordable café with good shisha! But the 5 stars rating goes to the team there! All the staff were very helpful, friendly, active and all the time smiling. It felt very nice and relaxing to hang out there. It was our first time to try this café but surely it won't be our last!

I know this review is a bit late, but I still clearly remember my experience at the café. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, his name is (Mohammad magdy ) egyptian guy )he making the whole visit enjoyable. The drinks were excellent, the service was smooth and professional, and the atmosphere was really warm and relaxing. Little noisy because some people watching playmatch but Even after some time, I still think about how good the experience was. I would definitely recommend this café to my friends and colleagues. Keep up the great work! 😊

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the behavior of the person in charge at your coffee shop. I have been a loyal customer for more than seven years. I have always enjoyed coming to your café with friends because of the pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the conduct of the current manager has made the environment uncomfortable and upsetting. On several occasions, I have observed him allowing certain customers—particularly his friends or specific groups—to bring outside items without any issue. However, when others do the same, he speaks to them in a rude and disrespectful manner. I have personally experienced this unequal treatment. Recently, when I politely asked why some customers were allowed to eat freely while others were not treated the same way, he became agitated and responded in an unprofessional manner. He told me, “If you don’t like it, don’t come here.” This is not an appropriate way to speak to a long-term customer. I have also witnessed him speaking harshly and disrespectfully to new customers, including telling them they are not allowed to bring water, using a tone that felt discriminatory and unwelcoming. This behavior gives the impression of unfair and possibly racist treatment. A business should treat all customers equally, with respect and professionalism. The current situation is damaging the reputation of your café and creating an uncomfortable environment for loyal customers like myself. I hope you will take this matter seriously and address it appropriately. I would appreciate knowing what steps will be taken to ensure respectful and fair treatment for all customers in the future 😡😡😡

But one day in Ramadan I come to la ibense cafe ##fares he make good job with our group start with welcome and lovely smile and he’s so friendly from that day we start to come every day in Ramadan and because am Tunisian girl I came with mix group suryan and Egypt and saudia friends I’m so proud of##fares really thank you so much he caver everything’s Service and guests and place clinging he deserves all the best we love youuu🌹🇹🇳🇹🇳🇹🇳 and we will everyday back inshallah because of him thank you too for all staff
