I had a great experience at Laffah Restaurant – Al Barsha 🤩🔥 The restaurant was very busy, but the organization was excellent. A staff member named Ayham was very professional and friendly. Even with the crowd, he gave us a waiting number and managed everything smoothly. 👏 The service was extremely fast our order was ready in less than 10 minutes! ⏱️✨ We ordered the double meat shawarma and the chicken shawarma, and both were amazing. The taste was fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. Honestly, 10/10! 🌯🔥 The staff were polite, the place was clean, and the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this branch if you’re in Al Barsha. Definitely coming back again! 🙌😊

We usually eat from Laffah quite frequently, and their shawarma and broasted are normally excellent. However, yesterday we decided to order only broasted and crispy chicken, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The food was not tasty, had an unpleasant smell, and the chicken texture seemed poor — almost as if it had been defrosted and not properly maintained, despite being served very hot. The shawarma was somehow acceptable, but overall the quality was far below what we usually expect from Laffah. Maybe from now on, we will avoid ordering fast food items from Laffah.

Among the best shawarma in market . But taste is ok for the shawarma while Pickels are the best . Team does not look motivated that shall be worked on .

Shawarma chicken isn't good and tabbolah is very normal with no tasty not the best thing you can eat.. As you can see in the pictures from inside the restaurant, there were annoying and disgusting food flies that made us finish our meals quickly for fear that they would fall into the food. And we are not talking about one fly, but more than 3... There was a clear fight among the restaurant staff, and the sounds were audible to the dining room... Despite my hatred of giving negative reviews, what I saw inside the restaurant makes me not recommend anyone to try it at all.

Bought into the hype on social media and decided to visit during my trip to Dubai. Honestly the worst shawarma i have ever had the displeasure of tasting. The chicken shawarma was more bread and less chicken, no pickles or chips in it at all, no garlic/thoum sauce but mayo instead. That makes it unauthentically Lebanese/Syrian. Also ordered broast which was below average at most. Very chunky coating that just came apart. Ordered lemon mint which was horrendously sour... great if you want a sore throat. Overall a terrible experience. Would never visit again or recommend.

We ordered the 5 Chicken Shawarma x Fries Combo from Laffah through Keeta, and we’ve been ordering this sooo many times because we genuinely love it! The shawarma and fries are amazing. Authentic Arabic shawarma loaded with juicy chicken, pickles, and all that delicious tahini sauce. The portion is generous, the flavors hit perfectly, and the price is great. Honestly, it never disappoints and is always worth ordering. Highly recommend!

The most happening, crispy, fresh and succulent broasted chicken in town is available at one and only Laffah. Moreover they specialise in juicy chicken/meat shawermas as well. Not to forget the infamous secret powder drizzled crispy fries. Furthermore, Laffah has branches all over UAE with speedy service and affordable rates. Humble and cooperative staff. Two thumbs up.

Laffah’s Al Saj shawarma is simply outstanding. The shawarma is packed with flavor, perfectly grilled, and wrapped just right. What makes it even better is the crispy potatoes served with it—they’re absolutely superb and incredibly addictive. Every bite is satisfying, and it’s hard to stop once you start eating. The combination of the juicy shawarma and delicious potatoes makes this a must-try for anyone craving a great shawarma experience. Definitely one of those meals you’ll keep coming back for.

بصراحة من أحسن المطاعم اللي جربتها بالبرشا. جربت الشاورما والبروستد وكذا نوع سندويش، وكل مرة نفس الجودة والطعم الطيب. البروستد مقرمش وزاكي والتتبيلة عندهم مميزة، والشاورما مرتبة وطازجة. حتى السندويشات المنوعة الكمية فيها ممتازة والطعم بيشهي. غير هيك الخدمة سريعة والموظفين محترمين وبشوشين، والمحل نظيف ومرتب. من المطاعم اللي بتخليك ترجعله مرة ورا مرة، وإن شاء الله مو آخر زيارة. يعطيكم العافية على هالمستوى الحلو. Honestly, this is one of the best restaurants I have tried in Al Barsha. I have ordered their shawarma, broasted chicken, and a variety of sandwiches several times, and the quality and taste have always been consistently excellent. The broasted chicken is perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a unique and flavorful seasoning. The shawarma is always fresh, well-prepared, and delicious, while the sandwiches are generous in portion and full of flavor. The service is fast, the staff are friendly and professional, and the restaurant is clean and well-organized. It is definitely one of those places that keeps you coming back. Atmosphere Is authentic. Very simple. But cool and excellent vibe. The food is great and guys are so fast. Service is beyond expectations for shawarma place. When u r hungry best place to eat fast and tasty

This was my first time ordering from this branch through the Smiles app. I received my food after 2.5 hours, and it arrived cold, almost like frozen potato and chicken. Honestly, this was not acceptable and felt like it wasn’t even human food. I contacted Smiles customer service after 1.5 hours to cancel the order, and they agreed. However, the rider still arrived and insisted I pay, saying he was a new rider. I felt pressured and uncomfortable, so I paid, assuming he may have already paid the restaurant. To the restaurant: if you know the order is delayed, please coordinate properly with the rider and do not send cold food just for sales. It’s unfair to customers and unacceptable. In the end, neither Smiles nor Laffah Restaurant responded to my complaint. Overall, this experience was very disappointing and I do not recommend ordering from this branch.

بعد انتظار لفترة طويلة في فترة الظهيرة ( اي انه لا يوجد ضغط طلبات) استلمت وجبة الشاورما باردة والطحينية مسكوبة عدى الصندوق والسندويشة ليس فيها بقدونس ( اللحمة) والبطاطس سيء جداً . لا انصح به

Laffah is a safe choice always. Some people might dislike the tangy flavour but i love it! Their chips are great too...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Laffah Restaurant, and it was truly a delightful experience. We ordered a variety of dishes including the Mix Grill, Mix Shawarma Platter, Potato Chips, Strawberry Juice, Guava Juice, Mint & Lemon Juice, and Kinza Citrus Cold Drink. Despite the restaurant being quite crowded , which is understandable given the exceptional taste and popularity , the service and food quality remained excellent. The flavors were authentic, fresh, and perfectly balanced. Every dish we tried was prepared with great care, and my friends also appreciated the taste and presentation. MaShaaAllah, everything was beyond expectations. From the food to the overall ambiance, everything felt just right. Without a doubt, this is one of the best Syrian restaurants I’ve ever been to, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Middle Eastern dining experience.
