The service provided by the reception staff was absolutely unprofessional. Even though I booked my appoitment three days in advance, I had to wait 40 minutes. The receptionists kept telling me " just five more minutes" ,while giving different explanations- one said there was as issue with equipment, and another said the previous customer had major problems with their nails.I explained that they need to better coordinate appoitment times and staff availability, and that they should inform customers in advance if an appoitment needs to be rescheduled, rather than keeping them waiting and explaining their internal issues. I am done with La Jour.
UPDATE:
This is an UPDATE regarding the unprofessional and unethical response from La Jour. The company appears unable to accept negative feedback from customers, even when such feedback arises from the unprofessional and unethical behavior of its staff, as previously explained.
Accusing someone of influencing others to post reviews or of using fake profiles is both unprofessional and highly unethical. Instead of addressing internal issues within the team, learning from mistakes, and educating staff on professional conduct, the company chooses to spend time accusing customers for their negative ratings—something that is every customer’s right.
This behavior is yet another indication of the company’s unprofessionalism and one of the reasons I no longer wish to be a customer of La Jour.
