Got my Mom’s OnePlus 6 repaired here. The power button was not working. I gave it to a shop around Makola called Mobile Planet and they couldn’t fix it so my main goal was to get the phone powered on to get some data from it as I had bought a new phone for Mom. Repaired the phone within 10 minutes while I stayed at the shop. The rubber bands are to let the new glue attach as the back cover is sealed. Before visiting the shop a few of my friends said that they have quite the attitude and low customer satisfaction but in my case the problem was solved thanks to the technician at the shop.

The touch response and general functionality are working well. There are still a few minor issues such as the fingerprint sensor being less sensitive than before, and sometimes I notice faint lines across letters while reading PDFs. However, the staff explained things honestly and provided a one month warranty under certain conditions. Good experience overall, reasonable pricing, and the repair was completed properly. 4/5.

I went there to replace my phone display, but the customer service was extremely poor and the staff failed to give clear or accurate information about the repair. I was kept waiting for a long time with no proper updates, which was very frustrating. The whole process felt disorganized and unprofessional. They don’t seem to value customers’ time or provide proper communication. Definitely not satisfied with the service and would not recommend!!
