A bit dated and we were practically the only guests in this huge complex but for us just percfect for a family gathering. Huge rooms to have our family sessions. The staff is fantastic and attentive to guest needs. Breakfast is superb and we ordered room service a couple of time the food was great. Thank you Latar

Didn't stay in the hotel but went here to enjoy the swimming pool. Visitors can enjoy the pool for 8000amd, towel included. Pool area is great and spacious. They have a pool bar with a great selection of food and drinks for reasonable prices (2500 for smoothies, 3500 for a mojito).

The hotel is in a nice and clean building, but has a few staff. The pool is very nice and clean. The poolside bar usually serves everything, which is a big plus. During the day the pool is open to public which is not too bad as the hotel was very quiet — this makes it more vibrant. I would recommend booking without breakfast, as the breakfast is not very good and lacks variety. For example, we asked for pancakes for the children but they wouldn't even make a very basic one. When there’s no buffet, breakfast should at least be made to order, but instead, they provide a fixed, repetitive breakfast. One warning - verify the minibar items when you check in. We were charged three times for beers we didn’t even consume. Overall, a good stay — just pay attention to the details.

Впервые посетила бассейн! Мне безумно понравилось все! Бассейн очень красивый очень уютный очень чистый, такую чистоту и красоту я ещё нигде не видела! Официанты молодцы, бармен тоже хорошо знает свою работу и очень вкусно готовит! Рядом есть и качели где мой ребёнок мог играть качаться, а я ни о чем не беспокоилась! Есть гостиница где я остановилась, просто супер моя комната выходила на гору Арарат это необыкновенная красота словами не передать! Есть небольшой ресторан Таверна рядом красивые места где можно посидеть поесть и отдохнуть и детям есть где поиграть! Скажу честно настолько было хорошо вкусно и уютно что даже не хотелось уезжать! Спасибо большое Всем за гостеприимство, за чистоту и порядок за хороший отдых! Вы молодцы что построили такой комплекс где можно отдохнуть от суеты и шума где можно просто побыть далеко от центра! 💕👌🇦🇲

El hotel construido en estilo tradicional armenio ubica en un sitio genial con vistas increíbles y incomparables a Ararat y toda la ciudad. Tiene el territorio grandioso con diferentes zonas: los cenadores en aire libre, gran jardín con árboles de albaricoques, el salón de boda, la piscina con la zona de relajación, el servicio de masaje y gimnasio. Este sitio es muy aconsejable para un descanso en silencio y comodidad

Прекрасный большой и глубокий бассейн с чистейшей водой, красивый вид на Каскад. Единственный минус - громко орущая музыка из динамиков, очень "на любителя": русский и армянский попс, американский рэп. В остальном, лучшее место, чтобы загорать и купаться, в будни почти никого нет.

My review is only about the pool. It is big and the view is very nice in this place. The staff is polite, there are towels included in price. But!! Is there anybody who likes to listen so loud music while chilling near the pool. Who are they make so loud for? Music is ok, but in places like this it must be at the volume level comfortable for everyone , cos we are not in the techno or any other club

im only writing about the pool. it was very nice on a thursday, not many people, clean water, everything was nice, definitely would recommend

The worst hotel I’ve ever been DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL I wanted to use the pool it was 10,000 Dram on Sunday Front Desk lady sold the ticket didn’t told me there is no chair available around the pool They gave us a chair in the back around the bushes away from the pool And she was refusing to refund my money after arguing for 20 minutes she refunded my money They just want to sell tickets and make money as Much as they can. I will never come back!!!!

Посещал басейн, можно умереть от этой музыки которая играет в басейне, в кафе сложно общатся, зачилить нет возможности, она танцевальная для узкого круга людей, формат можно поставить - электро - релакс она будет нейтральна для всех, нет ерунжа гавайская с барабанами -_-

went to number of pools in Yerevan with expensive prices and weak services, but this one was better than all of them yet with cheaper price. 10k drams in weekends and 8k for normal days. Wide and generous pool, lots of chairs with big shades, yet very clean. I love here and will go next time as well without any search. Although others say you can't find chairs, but we went here in high season (Aug) at Saturday and it is not crowded at all. You will find a lot of empty chairs and place to swim. The only thing I should mention is the temprature of water which is a little bit. Also, showers and lockers could be better. It opens exactly at 11

I couldn’t complain. Everything was completely perfect, even better than we expected. Great personnel, willing to help us with everything. Great views, rooms, pool, food and overall amazing atmosphere. We will definetly be coming back! :)

Провели день возле бассейна. Сам бассейн чудесный, большой, зона отдыха хорошая. Не было официантов, надо было бегать с картой к барной стойке. Вернуться повторно- однозначно, да!

Отель гордо пишет, что у него 5 звезд, отталкиваясь от этого я его и оцениваю. Это дешевый бутафорский дворец, находящийся на окраине города. Приехав сюда, вам придется очень долго ждать на ресепшене, потому что там обычно никто не сидит, если вам понадобится что-то во время проживания, то тоже как правило вы никого не найдете, так как там редко появляется человек, позвонить из номера по телефону тоже не получится, потому что на ресепшене никого. Удивительно, но в этом отеле не убираются. Точнее убираются только если вы попросите. В номерах нет таблички типа make up my room. Я попытался узнать можно ли убираться каждый день, это подняло панику среди персонала, они начали звонить куда-то чтобы узнать можно ли каждый день убираться. В итоге за неделю я смог лишь трижды поймать человека на ресепшене и попросил его убраться. Вопрос «нельзя ли постирать вещи» вообще завязал в узел всех и в итоге мне ответили «конечно, машинка во дворе, идите постирайте». Ночью вы захотите поспать, но у бутафорского дворца конечно же есть «роскошная подсветка» и прожектор светит прямо к вам в окно, а штор блэкаутов нету, спите как хотите. На завтраке не найдя кофе, спросил у персонала (который предварительно нужно было найти, постучав в разные двери), мне ответили «конечно, есть с сахаром и без» — это все что нужно знать про ассортимент на завтраке. Есть бар, но там… наверное вы поняли принцип, там никогда никого нет. Стоят эти пять звезд 110$ в сутки. Вам решать пять это звезд или не пять, стоит это 110$ или нет. Я оцениваю на две звезды. Это ровно то количество звезд, увидев которое, я не писал бы этот пост.

Pool Service was zero. Rules were extremely strict. You’re not allowed to sit where you want. You order food and it doesn’t arrive till much later. No towels. No service at the chairs. For the price, it wasn’t worth it. First and last time I will come here.

Pool service is very bad, we called before arriving, it hey have any deck chair empty, they said that there is a lot, but when we arrived they only three, without any tables. Towels are not included, we wanted to rent some towels, they didn’t had any.

Мне все понравилось, и продолжает нравиться, мне предстоит проводить чудесное время в этом отеле до 14.09.18. Все внимательные и заботливые, царит домашняя атмосфера. Вчера чуть-чуть продуло, сегодня доктор при отеле заботливо излечивал мой лёгкий насморк, ещё и спину мне чуток поправил. Волшебник!

Called twice before showing up to the complex to use the pool. I was turned down both times due to availability. Poor management, lack of customer service.
