I visited Latitude along with my wife as part of an ADP corporate visit, and the experience was excellent. The ambiance was elegant and comfortable, making it perfect for both corporate gatherings and family outings. The food quality was outstanding — fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The variety in the menu catered well to different preferences, and every dish we tried tasted great. A special mention to the staff for their professionalism and hospitality. They were courteous, attentive, and ensured everything was well-managed throughout our visit. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience, and we truly enjoyed our time. Highly recommended for corporate events as well as quality time with family

Recently indulged in this amazing buffet at Lattitude by bluediamondpune . . Brunch had various options in veg/ non veg like pasta, curries, rice, noodles. Etc The taste was too good along with a warming hospitality. Loved the Royal themed ambiance along with a rustic touch. Do visit and experience the royalty along with a scrumptious spread.

Visited Latitude on 18th December to celebrate my anniversary and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, no one greeted us and, despite having a prior reservation, our table was not ready. The pastry provided for the celebration felt like a mere formality, with no taste or freshness, and definitely did not look or feel like a proper celebration dessert. There was no bouquet arranged for us as promised, the food was below average, and the staff’s behaviour was unfriendly and indifferent, with a visible attitude as if the customers were a burden. Service was extremely slow and careless. Even after we finished our starters and went for a walk, when we returned after almost an hour, our used plates were still lying on the table and the table had not been cleaned or reset. Towards the end, when we went to have dessert, there were no dessert spoons at the counter; when we requested the staff to provide some, we were told to take them from the counter ourselves, and only after insisting did someone finally bring them, that too after a noticeable delay. Overall, this was a very poor and frustrating experience for such a special occasion, and I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The service, food quality, and staff attitude were far below acceptable standards for a place of this level

I plan to write this review based on three main factors, the food(7/10) , the ambience (9/10) and the service (9/10) offered. The food -- great variety and decent taste. The food wasn't something completely outwordly but I believe that to be good, sorely because, five star retaurants are notorious for turning common delicacies into something not so delectable, and I admire the effort made to serve good looking food and good taste. The ambience -- One of the main things that seperates the Taj from any other place is the iconic and calming fragrance that greet you upon entry. Adding to that, Blue diamond has great architecture and a very warm staff keeping you company throughout your experience. The service-- The service was welcoming and precise. Enough to know exactly what is happening at your table and what needs attention but not bothering or intruding your experience. Would definitely go again

Had an excellent buffet lunch on Independence Day. The theme was Indian flag colours in the buffet spread. Service was great. The food spread was huge..Loved the experience

I have been to Latitude a couple of times for buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. The ambience is luxurious but a bit less space. Staff is courteous. Though I am not a great lover of the buffet, but I have always found Latitude’s breakfast (served as a buffet) amazingly good, delicious with lots of options for both Vegetarians & Non-vegetarians. Recommended for foodies! My experience for lunch and dinner buffet was not very good as I have always found less tasty or blend.

Hello Friends, This is my experience at the Latitude restuarant at Blue Diamond in Pune. This is a buffet restaurant. A wide spread option of food is available in the buffet Rare meats like turkey are a part of this buffet. Mutton dishes in mains are made well. The food is spiced as per Indian standard and not bland like other restaurants of this league. The staff are really courteous and facilitate a premium experience while dinning. The salad bar is a must try with Deviled eggs being one of my favourite. The price to experience ratio is totally justified in my opinion. Hope this review was helpful. Thanks Kevin

It offer's a good buffet options specially for non vegetarians. Good ambience, friendly staff & overall good spread of food options. However, I'm deducting 2 stars as one of the staff member was very rude & arragoant in his behaviour. Though the other members were good including Mr Charles but one staff member was not up to the mark especially when he is working in a fine dine restaurant.

Overall experience was good, nice ambience. Descent food, some great taste. Excellent service. Will visit again

Latitude is refreshing , amazing and awesome. Great ambience, good Food, and awesome service. Every single dish we ordered were 🔥 so perfect and authentic . The poolside view is super amazing, all together a great experience and value for money . Perfect place to treat your special once. Surely Recommend.

Latitude has a grand entrance with royal touch. Food here is also quite Royal - rich in taste and flavours. We started with green peas and mint soup. Soup was thick and creamy with flavor of peas and mint well balanced. Mushroom and olives pizza was loaded with cheese, olives and mushrooms. Thin crust was baked to perfection. Cannelloni pasta was nicely rolled with cheese, spinach and cottage cheese. It is a must try. Aglio olio peperoncino was well tossed in olive oil and garlic and had subtle smoky flavor. Smoky flavor also enhanced the taste of burnt garlic. Asparagus and sundries tomato risotto was superb for mains. It was served nice and warm. Tiramisu with layers of buiscuit and mascarpone was soft and creamy. It had nice aroma of coffee which was quite tempting. Chocolate mud cake was nice and looked super delicious, however had no appetite left. Desserts are rich and creamy and should order only when you a company to finish them

We have been several times to the Latitude restaurant at Blue Diamond. The food quality is very good. We rarely do a la carte (off the menu) unless we want to have their club sandwich. Its usually the buffet. Selection in the buffet is generally good. Weekend buffets have more options for starters. Weekdays one veg and one non veg starter only. Good options for vegetarians. There will be one all mutton, chicken and fish in the main course too. Ice creams are really good. Staff is very courteous and helpful and go put of their way to help you. They have both outdoor and indoor seating. It’s best to make a reservation and state your preference before you go there. Cleanliness and sanitisation is good. The cakes and bakes in the buffet were very average.

It was overall a decent experience I had my brunch today. They charge around 1500₹ +GST per head so plan your budget accordingly

Lavish spread of desserts and buffet. Tasty food very welcoming and kind staff most importantly. They also suggest options incase u are not able to make up ur mind on what to eat. Non veg gravis were not sooo great but the veg spread was nice. Beautiful ambience

Taj never disappoints when it comes to food and this place is no exception. We had buffet which is one of the best buffet that you can have in Pune. Mostly all items in buffet were good and had good variety. Dessert you should not miss here. Staff is friendly and ambience is also fine

Latitude in the iconic Blue Diamond Hotel, now called Taj-Vivanta is a great place for a formal get-together. We went for an office party. The food is good and the service is excellent. We booked in advance and got a great table and some discount too. I really liked the range of food available in the buffet. The overall setting is excellent. Will definitely go back again.

Nice food both veg and non-veg. Nice ambience. A little claustrophobic inside with more footfall but they have outside seating arrangements. Service is very good and the staff is very supportive. Overall a nice experience.
