I recently ordered a chocolate truffle cake from this bakery, and I’m honestly so impressed! The cake was absolutely delicious — rich, perfectly balanced chocolate flavor, and the filling inside was so smooth and satisfying. Every bite was fresh and indulgent. What amazed me even more was the exterior design. I shared my design idea with them, and they recreated it exactly as I requested. The finishing, detailing, and overall presentation were just perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking for both amazing taste and beautiful customized designs. I have ordered customized teddy bear cake for my Son's first birthday.I don't had any reference image for the customisation.I described the look of the cake I wanted.When I got the cake in my hands, I was so surprised by seeing the cake which I dreamt of... I ordered my birthday cake from here and shared a reference picture one day before , the delivery of cake was one time and exactly like the picture I sent them , with my specifications on it ! I ordered a White Forest birthday cake with roses and balloons and a blueberry anniversary cake from Ley Bake. Both were fresh, yummy, and beautifully made. They even added two roses instead of one, which made it look extra pretty. The packaging was neat and secure, delivery was right on time, and communication was super easy. I had a very disappointing experience with this cake shop. The service and product quality did not meet my expectations. The cake I received looked nothing like the design I had provided — it looked very basic and unprofessional. They charged me AED 150 (AED 100 for the cake and AED 50 for the design, as mentioned by the staff), which was unreasonable for what I received. When I contacted the shop to resolve the issue, their response was unhelpful and unsatisfactory. When I went to return the cake, they initially refused to issue a refund. Later, the staff said they could refund me but would deduct the amount from the chef’s salary, which I found completely unacceptable — so I walked away without taking the refund. I hope the management seriously reviews their quality control and customer service standards to prevent such experiences in the future.

Cakes were amazing in taste and texture. They made exactly what I wanted. Service was amazing including communication and timely delivery.. This place is awesome

Extremely disappointed and frustrated at the customised cake experience. It was my sons 1st birthday and the ruined cake really soured the whole event. The cake's inside sponge dismembered from the base tearing the cake and making it fall apart whereas it is expected to stay intact and this rendered the cake not presentable at all. Worst part is their pathetic customer service afterwards as they didn't entertain our complain and said that this is due to our negligence and they had no fault in this. Not recommended at all.

This cake was a complete letdown. Over half of it was just cream topping, with a thin, dry layer of actual cake buried underneath. It felt like paying for a tub of whipped cream instead of a real dessert. Overly sweet, unbalanced, and absolutely not worth the money.

I ordered a 1.5 kg Vancho cake for my Son birthday based on the staff’s recommendation, and it was a big mistake. The cake tasted very bad and did not meet even basic expectations. It was overpriced and absolutely not worth the money. The quality was poor, and it did not feel fresh at all. Very disappointed with the experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially for special occasions.
