Liali Jewellery - The Dubai Mall

My fiancé and I were visiting Dubai from the UK for a family holiday and decided to visit the Dubai Mall in hopes of finding our wedding bands after we had been recommended to do so by a friend. The Liali store caught our eye and we do not regret anything about it! Pramod and his colleague kindly greeted us and provided us with all the information we needed about their jewellery. Not once did we feel pressured or intimidated; Pramod and his colleague gave us plenty of time to have a look at the selection of rings and explain to them exactly what we wanted. We only had 2 days left until we needed to leave so were anxious about time, but Pramod assured us that our rings would be ready for us to collect in time and he did not disappoint us. We were pleasantly surprised to learn upon collection that Pramod had secured a much better price for us upon paying the remaining balance, and he also returned the gold that was left over from resizing my ring. As a couple who are carefully budgeting our pennies for our upcoming wedding, this was amazing to hear. We are so happy with our purchases, the rings are absolutely beautiful and exactly what we dreamed of. All the certificates and paperwork are included and clear. We paid so much less money than what we would have done so in the UK, and for good quality gold and diamonds. If you are looking for jewellery in Dubai, we would 100% recommend visiting Liali. Fully satisfied with range and quality of Liali products. We are buying from Liali for last more than 15 years and never got any complaint on the product.
