I had a very good experience at the Muraqqabat branch of Life Pharmacy Clinic. The clinic was clean, organized, and the staff were very accommodating and professional. Special thanks to Nurse Ashok who took my lab test. He was very gentle, patient, and made me feel comfortable during the procedure. Everything was done smoothly and professionally. Highly recommended clinic with excellent service!

Dr. Joshi is an excellent doctor. He is very professional, kind, and truly cares about his patients. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly. His calm and reassuring approach made me feel comfortable and confident with the treatment. I am very satisfied with the care I received and highly recommend Dr. Joshi to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. RN Geethu Krishna, who assisted me was excellent. She was very gentle and made me feel comfortable during the injection. I didn’t feel any pain at all. Highly recommended!

Recently, I visited this clinic with my friend. Overall, it was a very good experience. Even though it was Sunday and the clinic was quite busy with many patients, the staff managed everything very well in a professional manner. I met three staff members there — Sneha, Shreya, and Geetu. All of them were very polite, helpful, and performed their duties efficiently. Their approach towards patients was very professional and supportive. I highly recommend this clinic for their excellent service and dedicated staff.

Worst. Staff are good. Asked doctor if she can give me 2 days sick leave she said “No, sorry.” This is Dr. Rifana take note. Now my symptoms are getting worse! Do not go to this GP Clinic. I wasted my money on this appointment. Even 1 star you do not deserve.

Worst, I have been waiting 01 hour to get medicine with plastic bag. I didn't expect this kind of customer service in life pharmacy network

The overall experience was very nice.The staff are super friendly and Dr. Rifana is very good, analysed the problem very quick and the nurse Mr. Ashok was chill and experienced, he knew his way around the needle 😅

Recently I came to the clinic for a blood test package enquiry and had a very good experience. Especially the warm welcome from the receptionist, Ms Sreya .She explained the package in detail and guided me very well.I felt very happy with the excellent customer service.

I did had a bad experience this morning and previously as the particular clinic.. Doctor it self judging the patient without even knowing the purpose I cam for. Doctor is setting near to the receptionist and asking the receptionist to ask from me did you come for sick leave? before Even talking to me..what type of question is this? This clinic is clean. But the receptionist and the staff is not good accommodating I'm too much upset. I have In real pain but they just give me simple medicine.. Medicine for the bones , Although the doctor I explained about the fever and my pain she didn't care just ask me go to reception take the money and asking directly my money of sick leave. How come too much embarrassing and too much upset. Until now the medicine they give not effective if that medicine is not covered my insurance they explained me properly we will pay..

Dr. LIA Is Amazing Doctor. She treat her patients with a great Concern. Dr. LIA also explain very well your diagnosis and the medicines when to take them. It was a great experience and for sure i will keep coming Back whenever i am in need to see a Doctor. All the Staff were polite and friendly. The Facility were also Neat and tidy. We got token for the laboratory. One group is ahead of us that took 1 token. The receptionist allow 3 persons for 1 token and said they are a group so she allow them, (which took 25 mins for them to finish). What's the use of getting token if for 1 token you can have many patients.
