I had a really great experience at Life Pharmacy! The staff are very friendly and professional. Adarsh was extremely helpful and knowledgeable,he patiently explained everything and made sure I got the right products. Vaishnavi was also very supportive and kind, assisting me throughout with a warm smile. Their teamwork and positive attitude made my visit so pleasant. Highly recommend this pharmacy for their excellent service and caring staff!

What I really like about this Pharmacy is that they know what they are selling. I mean when u asked them something they will give all the options. This pharmacy is beside on a cafe shop. Staffs are very welcoming and friendly.

i had such a nice experience at life pharmacy in al barsha. mr adarsh helped me check my blood pressure and sugar levels, hes such a humble and calm person and really nice with customers. i was feeling a bit drained and he suggested some electrolytes which actually helped. honestly this is one of the best pharmacies ive been to and i really appreciate how kind and professional he was.

They are promoting the item for 50% the when you are at the counter they will say that it is in full price. Poor customer service

I couldn’t believe that even in Dubai, the focus seems more on profit rather than genuine concern for customers. I visited this pharmacy looking for a foot spray and foot powder for the summer. A sales assistant showed me products in the AED 55-75 price range. When I asked if she had any cheaper options, she denied. However, I noticed some lower-priced products on the shelf within the AED 11-15 range. When I pointed them out and asked why she hadn’t shown me those, she started making excuses. Unfortunately, it seems that inhuman behavior persists even in this context. Please, treat your customers with respect and kindness. It’s not just about the prices; it’s about how you make people feel and the service you provide.
