One of worst experience I ever had in UAE. I reserved a car from them with condition of clean comprehensive inspection. They waited 2 days dor the RTA inspection saying RTA is not available. Later they shared inspection report which was completed previous day. The car was agreed to be delivered with window tinting but they even had not scheduled it for two days even booking payment was made.

Disappointing service, broken promises, and zero communication I am giving one star only because I actually received a vehicle, but the experience has been a disaster. My "advisor" lacked basic knowledge of the car’s features. I was repeatedly told that Android Auto, the rear entertainment screens, and the GPS would function after a software update; none of them work. What’s worse is the complete lack of communication. They stopped answering my calls and ignored my emails entirely. To get any sort of response, I was forced to physically show up at the garage just to speak to someone. The delivery was delayed multiple times, and when it finally arrived, the home charging station box was broken. I even found a large flashlight in the trunk that wasn't part of the car's specs, which makes me question if the vehicle was truly "new." The biggest issue is the charging station. I cannot charge the car at home because the garage failed to provide the necessary activation card. The advisor’s excuses keep changing, and I’ve been told a replacement card is impossible to get. It is 2026—the lack of basic support and the constant "ghosting" of customers is unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

What a quick journey it turned out to be when it came to picking up a car! First thing that impressed me was the collection of cars and the various options i had available to my budget and below. Gentleman named Mahmoud was so approachable and knowledgeable about the cars and the process. Whatever he had advised was on point, even on the timeline on each process. He had helped me get through with the banking process, car check with Checkpoint Garage and also the registration. all i had to do was pick it up when ready. all this was done in one week! I know second hand cars are something people tend to dig a lot into depth, which i did too but they had answers for all my queries. my biggest feel good was when in this week, if i had any doubts or queries, regardless of the time, Mahmoud was always responsive which gave me more comfort and excitement! All in all the 5 stars is for the Service and for Mahmoud in specific! Thanks Team Linda's oh and I picked up a Dodge Challenger GCC spec, flood free! Cheers!

We recently, bought the 5th Gen Camaro from Linda cars. I’d been looking for a soft top muscle variant for a few months and gladly it showed up with them right around the time I was almost giving up hope. To my surprise, it was in rather good condition, being a 2015 model. Majd was the sales representative. He was honest, helpful, and had the same spirit of keeping us excited all through the process. There were a few hiccups on the delivery timelines and registration, but to err is human. I really appreciated, how Majd handled the situations. We didn’t have to do much apart from being present at the time of registration. And finally the car got a new home and we are happy.
