Little Lamb Mongolian Hot Pot (Xiao Wei Yang)

This place was an absolute little gem of a find which I accidentally came across in Google maps. We were staying in Dubai marina and it was a 15minute walk away. Food was a gastronomic experience (first time for us) whereby you get given a pot of broth to warm up on your own built in induction hob in the centre of the table. They serve you with you chosen raw meats, and or veg and noodles/dumplings/wangtons to cook in the delicious broth. There is a fridge where you can help yourself to free fruit as well as a buffet of condiments and spices. We went to this place twice whilst staying for one week at the Dubai marina and each time we went, it was quiet, casual and relaxed. 4 of us ate for between 220-250AED which is crazily cheap compared to other places. I think a lot of the locals also ate here due to its authenticity. Overall I had to rate this full marks. Plenty of food, that was tasty, hot and spicy and for really quite cheap. Including drinks each visit came to about £50 when you work out the rate.

literally my favorite hot pot EVER! Once you start coming you won't ever stop. The flavors, the food, the service is beyond any hot pot i've been too! 100% recommend the lamb and cucumber salad, love this place.

This is one of the best places for hot pot. The food is excellent, and the cozy atmosphere makes the experience even better. The ambience is warm and welcoming, and the staff are very friendly. We really enjoyed our dinner here. A must-try is their Tarang and there shrimp dumplings — highly recommended.

不知道为什么，烤鸡翅尝起来苦唧唧的。蒙古大串烤得很干很柴，肉质也不嫩。火锅羊肉卷，也碎碎的，不是嫩的口感，感觉也不太新鲜。西瓜也囊囊的，不脆。锅底没以前好吃，以前有点偏向川香麻辣味，现在味道淡淡的。以前从没遇到过这样的情况，咱们是8年的老顾客了，说实话这次比较失望。不知道是不是采购的材料源头变了，还是厨师换了。

One of the best places for Hotpot in Dubai, you can book a room in advance, if you want to have a private dining experience. The staff is well trained and helpful and you get vouchers you can use on your next visit.

Recommended by a friend. The place is clean and well maintained.. Food : Their broth was delicious. We ordered the spicy broth but asked them to keep the chilli mild which they obliged. Everything was fresh and tasty but Their crab sticks were frozen which was a negative because when defrosted they go all mushy and limp. They refill the broth. Sauce station was ample filled and tasted good. They offer fruit in it aswell. They have a play area for children which is a plus. The service was good but can be improved. Overall experience was great. Will definitely go back.

Visited on Ied night around 7.30 pm, lots of table were still empty, maybe because it’s Eid and the Iran-US/Israel attacks. An hour later more customers started coming, mostly families and a group of people. The service was good, fast. The lady waitress was very helpful and friendly. The portion was big enough; we ordered 2 hotpot soups (basic and spicy), a portion of beef slice, lamb slice, lotus root, mushrooms, bean curd, tofu skin and romaine lettuce. The basic soup was nice, comforting, while the spicy soup tended to be more spicier once it boiled over time. Both soups are flavorful, rich in broth and spices, not too light either thick. We couldn’t finish the whole set LoL, for 2 people, these was too much (unless if you are really hungry or a real big eater). We should have listened to the waitress.😅😓 but we could packed the remaining to take home.

Best hotpot in Dubai, very authentic! One thing I miss is my Chinese hotpot u too I found this restaurant. Now this is a place lave me and my partner always come..the staff are so friendly and always amazing service. Love the loyalty program too - highly recommended for residents and tourists

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved my experience here! The hotpot was fresh, flavorful, and packed with high-quality ingredients. The soup base was rich and aromatic, and there were so many options for meat, seafood, and vegetables. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations for sauces and combinations. The atmosphere was cozy and perfect for enjoying a meal with friends or family. Definitely one of the best hotpot spots in town — I’ll be coming back for sure!

My first experience with a chinese hot pot and I love it. We requested mixed beef, spinach, shitake mishrooms and noodles with a base and tomato hot soup. Even though it is veery difficult to eat they tasted wonderful. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very warm and helpful. Their prices are also reasonable.

The price is decent. They have improved the flavors and quality of the broth over the years. It gets really busy between 11-2. Go early if you want a parking spot at the front or near by , or go a bit later after the peak hour. Good value for me. And very nice waitstaff

Awesome hotpot restaurant! Amazing service, great decor and ambiance. The staff were lovely and provided us with lots of guidance around the way the process works and how we should order it. Delicious options with a very wide variety. They will refill your pot as you dine. Definitely would go again

The restaurant looks okay, but the overall experience was disappointing. We ordered a hotpot set for around AED120, which included two fresh noodles, about 100g of chicken or beef, a few meatballs, squid balls, seaweeds and mushrooms. We also added six crab balls for AED 14. What really disappointed us was being charged AED7 for the hotpot sauce. There’s a Chinese hotpot restaurant just a few minutes away that offers unlimited hotpot, desserts, fruits, and even fried chicken for AED59 and they don’t charge extra for sauce. Unfortunately, this was our first and last visit.

A great place. Prices were very reasonable for the quality and quantity they give. Best to go with a group. The spicy hot pot has a good kick so if you are not a fan of spicy food go for tomato base or the regular base. Please call in advance to book your table as it is always packed in the evenings and you may end up waiting 30 minutes or more.

I am very happy to share my impressions of the restaurant in my home. Little Lamb. Soft light, homely atmosphere, friendly faces of all the staff. Very tasty dishes. varied menu. This place exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my visit. The food was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Service was smooth and efficient, and the location was clean and well-maintained.
