I stayed at Livin’ Out Landmark for a while, and while the place looks decent at first glance and comes with all the promised amenities though few broken like the electric stove, widow screen and mirrors I honestly expected better especially considering I have paid a fee for cleaning because the room was dusty, dirty, and had cockroaches doing their own house tour when I moved in. For a place that charges a cleaning fee, I’d assume it would at least be clean. To their credit, they did fix it once I complained but I shouldn’t have had to ask in the first place. However, the real issue is security deposit, it’s been over 2 months since I vacated, and my 5000 deposit still hasn’t found its way back to me. Every time I call, I get a new excuse and now they don’t even bother picking up.. Impressive customer service. So yeah, if you’re planning to stay here, be ready for dirty rooms, pests, and the fun of chasing your own money. Pretty pathetic for a place that claims to be “premium.”

Horrible PG. Very bad accounts Department. Jeetu from Accounts Department is very uncooperative. Kareena, who books the PG, is very rude and only cares about taking money but not returning the security deposit.

Absolutely terrible and irritating with security deposit refunds. I stayed in their property for 5 months and left two months ago, still haven't received my deposit refund. They keep making some excuse or another - "ACCOUNTS TEAM ON LUNCH BREAK", "NO RENT COLLECTION"!!! Please only consider this PG if you can afford loosing your security deposit.

Special scam mentions: Nicholas and Sarah, thank you for ruining my peace of mind. Never ever trust them. Beware of this scam! They took ₹2000 as a booking amount and are now refusing to refund it. Before booking, they constantly followed up with messages, but once the payment was made, they started ignoring all communication. They also provided misleading information about the property, claiming it was unavailable. Their network of agents is completely uncoordinated—each one gives conflicting information. One says there's an additional 12% GST, another says there isn’t. Completely unprofessional and deceptive.

if there was an option to put this in negative that would have been much better. Pathetic management, please don't fall into this trap the entire communication chain between sales and management is pathetic. And please do not give any money as token amount, because "they do not have any policy" like that if you ask for a refund

The place is good to stay as it has all the amenities (including power backup). I was staying at their apartment in Nagawara. However, the approach road is quite bad with a slum close by and garbage being dumped just outside the accommodation. One of the major issues is post vacating, we have to keep following up for the deposit amount and the team doesn't respond to your queries after a point in time. Totally disappointed with the service.

The stay was really good and services(cleaning, repair, etc) provided by the staff was also great and on time.

I was searching for PG on a short notice and stumbled upon "Royal House" through Google. They promptly responded and offered a affordable room with ample amenities, and I must say about the warm ambiance, which set the tone for a truly relaxing stay. The property's location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to all the local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Upon vacating the premises, I was pleased to receive my deposit in full. Overall, I would highly recommend Royal House to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay.

I had booked a room in frazer town for 2 people, it was really great as i expect, Bathroom was clean, they did provide us self cooking space with small refrigerator, Special management staff behavior very polite and helpful Overall it was a 9.5/10 Star

I stayed at Myra Palacio, Frazer Town and had a seamless experience. The staff and owner, Mr. Rajesh are very helpful and professional. Would easily recommend, especially for girl students/working women.

It has to be one of the best PG I have stayed. Property is situated in a convenient location, close to all local amenities and clean nice ambience. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good PG.

LIVINOUT IS A SCAM PG! DO NOT STAY HERE. IF A PERSON CALLED SARAH CONTACTS YOU PLEASE DO NOT FALL IN HER TRAP. SHE SENT ME A VIDEO OF THE ROOM AND ASKED ME TO PAY ADVANCE PAYMENT OF 10k. TO WHICH, THANK GOD I TOLD HER ILL PAY 5K. WHEN I WENT TO THE PROPERTY THE ROOM LOOKED COMPLETELY DIFFERENT AND WHEN I TOLD HER THAT I DON’T WANT TO STAY AT THIS PROPERTY SHE CUT MY CALL AND BLOCKED ME. I CONTACTED THEIR HR TO GIVE MY 5K BACK AND SHE TOLD TO GO AND GIVE CASE THINKING NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO THE SCAM THEIR RUNNING. I HAVE PROCEEDED WITH THE CONSUMER COURT HOPEFULLY WILL MAKE SURE THEIR ESTABLISHMENT GETS A RUN FOR. I JUST DON’T WANT ANYONE TO FALL INTO THEIR SCAM BECAUSE OF THEIR MARKETING.

I'm a tenant at this place , it's a pretty chill space for people who work and for students also there are almost no restrictions or any strict rules like other pgs all amenities are provided as mentioned but the only problem is the waste disposal ,it's not managed properly but other than that it's a really good affordable place to call it your home in the city

Worst Pg. They will not refund your security deposit and when you ask them, they will make silly excuses. Also, 24-hour water is scam. The water often goes away.

Extremely poor experience with them. Their management and accounts team is all fraud. They don't refund the deposit, I've still not got my 19,600rs back and I'm tired of calling them everyday, they don't pick up the calls as well.
