This was my first surgery, and I didn’t regret choosing LLH Hospital. Nurse Bincy explained everything that I needed to prepare before the day of my surgery. I was so afraid. Going inside the operating room made me shiver and my heartbeat beat really fast. Inside the operating room, I saw a familiar face that greeted me nicely, saying, “How are you?” It was Dr. Rajani waiting for me inside the operating room. I calmed down a little. The nurses were kind and helpful. They kept talking to me to help me stay calm. There was also a nurse trying to make me laugh, telling me some stories to distract me before finally inserting the painful needle into my vein connected to the dextrose. I was watching my BP and my heartbeat beating fast on the monitor, until my surgery already started. One lady nurse held my hand throughout the whole operation to make sure that I was not alone in this. I was awake during the surgery, but Dr. Rajani made me feel assured that nothing bad was going to happen. He handled the operation smoothly, and it was successfully done. After the surgery, I felt dizzy and my shivering got worse. Maybe it was because of the mixed emotions. I didn’t know what the real reason was, but the nurses took proper care of me. They pushed me on the hospital bed and brought me to my room, and they even provided me with a heater to keep me warm and comfortable. The hospital meal after the surgery and long hours of fasting was comforting. During my follow-up checkups, Dr. Rajani was very helpful and reassuring, while Nurse Bincy carefully cleaned my wound and changed my bandages. I was scared when it was finally time to remove my stitches, but Nurse Bincy made me stay calm and carefully removed my stitches. They always told me that if I ever felt pain, I could come back so they could check on me. I’m lucky to have them by my side. I highly recommend Dr. Rajani and Nurse Bincy. Very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. 🤍

I am a first time mom, high risk pregnancy, and the 2 of them took care of me and my baby right from the very first check-up up until I had my baby and now post partum. I had a history of miscarriages so I always fear pregnancy but these two made my journey an enjoyable one and I could say that I got the best care one could ask for. I am so grateful to them and LLH for having such professional staff. I consulted the doctor for my shoulder stiffness, and she suggested an 8–9 session treatment plan. I had experienced a similar massage earlier in Kottakkal, Kerala, so I decided to try this treatment. I’m very happy to say the results are excellent. My shoulder stiffness has reduced significantly, and I feel much better now. Special thanks to my nurse, Mrs. Ramya, who did a wonderful massage every single time. She was extremely kind, caring, and professional ❤️ The reception staff were also very responsive and helped schedule appointments at my convenience. Wonderful hospital experience from admission to discharge. Doctors and nurses were caring, attentive, and professional. Facilities were clean and well organized. Very poor appointment handling, though the doctor was excellent. I had a confirmed appointment at 1:20 PM and reached the hospital at 12:55 PM (25 minutes early). Despite arriving early, my registration was completed only at 1:30 PM. After registration, I had to wait another 20 minutes just for vitals, and I finally met the doctor at 1:55 PM. This kind of delay defeats the entire purpose of having an appointment. There is clearly no coordination between appointment scheduling, registration, vitals, and patient flow. The queue handling needs serious improvement. That said, Dr. Harminder Singh was excellent. Very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I would visit this hospital again only because of the doctor. I strongly request the hospital management to focus on appointment discipline and proper queue management to respect patients’ time.

I had an excellent experience at this hospital during my delivery. The hospital was very clean, well organized, and provided a comfortable environment. The nursing staff were kind, professional, and very supportive. I had surgery on my right ankle performed by Dr. Ankit Khurana. He clearly explained the entire procedure before the operation and did the surgery very nicely. I’m recovering very well now. Dr. Ankit is a very kind and humble person who listens carefully to his patients and answers all their questions with patience and care. His entire surgical team was excellent, and I highly recommend him for any orthopedic treatment. I would also like to thank his assistant Ms. Meylin, who was extremely helpful and supportive throughout my recovery. I would like to say thank you to Dr. Harminder Singh of Internal Medicine and his assistant Malar for taking good care of me. I came in because of my thyroid condition, and they were both very accommodating and kind. Dr. Harminder made sure I was calm and reassured me not to worry, explaining that I would start to feel better soon, this really helped ease my anxiety. They neither serve 1st come 1st nor as emergency. Rather, they took kerala people 1st and we were waiting long time. From 11pm until 1.41AM I was waiting and after they took me inn, they took one kerala girl inn 1st. What a hospital. Better to name only for keralite. Management, you need to fix these issues. If I see means, everybody does. They may not tell but won’t come. Disappointed.

Dr. Ankit Khurana is an outstanding orthopaedic surgeon. I underwent clavicle bone surgery under his care, and the entire experience was excellent. The surgery was successful, and my recovery has been smooth and faster than expected. He explained the procedure clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Khurana is highly professional, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. I am truly grateful and highly recommend him to anyone needing orthopaedic treatment.

Please accept this formal complaint regarding a highly unsatisfactory medical consultation that took place at your branch on November 10, 2025, around 8:30 PM. My experience was marked by several instances of frustration and poor service, which I would like to detail: Appointment Inconsistency: Despite having a confirmed appointment, the reception staff initially stated there was no record of it in the system. I was forced to show my private phone notification as proof. Furthermore, the receptionist required possession of my personal phone to show to the doctor to verify the appointment, which I found to be an unacceptable breach of privacy, though I complied due to the urgency of my medical concern (varicose/spider veins). Excessive Wait Time: Following the check-in confusion, I experienced a cumulative wait time of approximately 20-25 minutes before being called to see the physician, Dr. Rajeev Gopalakrishnan. Unprofessional Conduct: Upon meeting Dr. Gopalakrishnan, my greeting of "Hi Doc" was met with no acknowledgement or response. He simply asked about the problem. Lack of Professional Engagement: After I explained my concern regarding varicose/spider veins, which causes discomfort during long periods of standing at work, and showed him the affected area, his immediate and surprising response was that "there is nothing to be done on that." He then added, seemingly arrogantly, that the condition was not covered by my insurance. I explicitly stated that payment was not the issue; my primary concern was receiving a thorough evaluation, professional advice, and clear guidance on managing my condition. The entire episode felt like a significant waste of time, consuming approximately three hours with no constructive outcome or action taken. I left the facility feeling extremely frustrated and dissatisfied, particularly because the doctor dismissively stated "It should be done nothing" despite my physical discomfort and concerns. I trust that this feedback will be promptly addressed, the incident will be thoroughly evaluated, and the physician's conduct and patient interaction skills will be reviewed.
