I would like to express my concern regarding the time management at the clinic. It is taking more than 20 minutes per patient for GP consultations, which is causing significant delays. I had intended to consult a specialist directly; however, I was informed that I must first see a GP before being referred. This process has resulted in a prolonged waiting time, which feels inefficient and inconvenient. I respectfully suggest that either the GP consultation process be made more efficient or that patients be given the option to consult a specialist directly where appropriate. The current system leads to unnecessary waiting and dissatisfaction

I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Madeeha and Anjali . from the Radiology Department for her kindness, professionalism, and outstanding support. She explained everything in detail with patience and care, which made the whole experience much more comfortable and reassuring. Her compassionate attitude and dedication to her patients are truly appreciated.

I had a very good experience with this hospital. From appointment booking to doctor consultation, everything was smooth and well organized. The appointment was easy to book over the phone, and the staff were very cooperative and polite. They guided me clearly about the next procedures and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.Insurance support was also very helpful and which made the treatment more affordable. Overall, the service was professional and caring. Highly recommended.

My brother was tested for H. pylori in April but was only informed of the result on June 22 when he returned for a refill of his blood pressure medication. During those months, he continued to experience recurring stomach pain and received several treatments that did not address the underlying issue. We were disappointed that such an important result was not communicated sooner, as earlier treatment may have helped prevent prolonged discomfort and repeated clinic visits.

Token display system is not a consolidated one. Three screens are kept in three different areas of the floor. And each screen will display different token numbers. No one will tell you where your token will be called. You will waste time by simply looking at the screen.
