‏I would like to file a complaint against the flight attendant on flight LH622 ‏On Friday, 17/10/2025, Frankfurt, to Dammam, take off at 12:20 because of her disrespect and inappropriate style, despite my simple request to help me talk to the woman who sits in the back and made a mess with her children and annoyance, the hostess looked at me with a mocking look and did not answer me, and when I asked her for a cup of coffee because I have a headache, I didn't sleep for an hour, she said we don't have coffee ‏The employee's name is *M.gepoh* I don't mention the rest of the name. If dealing with this cruelty continues, you will lose reservations.

تجربه سيئه تم الغاء الرحله وتعويضنا برحله اخرى ولكن لاتتناسب مع خطه السفر لنا ولايوجد خيار استراد المبلغ والتعويض بطيران اقتصادي ولايوجد اي خيار اوتعديل على موعد الرحله الجديده

حراميه تم حجز رحلة عن طريقهم هم والخطوط النمساوية المشغل حقهم وتم الغاء الرحلة وانا في المطار بدون وسبب وبعدها تم حجزي على شركتهم لوفتهانزا وأضاعت الشناط حقتي والحين جالس أطارد وراهم الله لايوفقهم

The number published doesn’t work. Lufthansa cancelled my business class ticket because over a month ago and still have not refunded me. I can’t reach anyone, and their german number told me they can’t help with anything.
