They never put the price for the product; there is no stability in price. very bad experience

Delivery is too delay. I work in same building, they take minimum 45 minutes to deliver if you are lucky else 2 hours. And most of the time they forget what I have ordered and they ask again, when I follow up to check for my order delivery. Trust me most of the time I have gone down to collect the item after 1 hour of order. There have no competitor so they are behaving this way, I wish some other super market opens soon near by. I don't want to even 1 star for their service. They are too expensive.

Just because I was told the price was high. He told me to get out of the store and never buy from here again. This is not the treatment of a respectable employee. He should be more professional.

Worst service, we should soon have new super market with good delivery service. First of all they are too expensive and their delivery time is minimum 1hr to 2hr even for very short distance about 200 mtrs

Very rude behaviour, i ordered stuff for delivery and i called 4 times in 6 hours . Still they didn’t deliver my order all time same answer order ready but all staff are busy. What is this service.

Unbelievable expensive price…. For sugar free soft drink they will charge 5.25 AED/ pcs….. you should ask them price before you purchase from this shop, cos maybe their price is more expensive than shop inside burj khalifa …ridiculous !!!

I ordered 10 popcorn Dubai type from them through talabat application and the 10 were broken the popcorn non chewable even the smell of the cheese is very bad I opened and checked 3 of them and they are all the same I am not recommending this market because they have a poor storage to their products

Loft in JVC Al Zubaidi residence is not good. If I pay with 100 or 200 they never have change so I had to cancel my shopping many times. Not good for your company profits.

Overcharging for essential products such as medication and women’s goods. This is exploitive

Good 24×7 store It's always nice to have a new supermarket in town and this one did not disappoint! Got everything you need and the staff are friendly. I'd recommend it 👍

They won't deliver on time. Employees are not aware to there job. Very worst customer service👎️this is not first time this is maximum time they are doing this. I normally order via what's app once i make order they confirm and at the end they say we don't have your order.

The order takes FOREVER to be delivered. Been waiting for two hour and still waiting and I called them twice and they just say delivery on the way and I’m just across the street!!
