I got my bridal red rose posy done by this florist, and he did an amazing job. The posy was beautifully arranged, very neat, and elegant, exactly as we had requested. It was even better than I could have expected and truly made my day. He had everything prepared on time, just as discussed. He was also very cooperative beforehand, helping with the flowers for my wedding cake by sending photos of the available flowers and reserving them for me. Both the posy and the cake flowers stayed fresh throughout the entire event, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank you so much for your excellent service! I would definitely recommend this florist.

Staff is very friendly. And lot of choices are there to make. Almost all your party stuff and deco can be found under one roof. And the quality of the items is also good and therefore no need to worry about anything. Parking is a small problem during peak hours. But on weekends it won't be a problem. Should visit before a party so that you will get an idea of new things with London First Impression.

We were charged almost double the market rate but went with London First Impressions because other event planners were fully booked. The decorators showed up 45 minutes late despite several calls, and the setup was still unfinished when guests arrived they had to wait around 30 minutes for decorations to be completed. The LED letter didn’t light up, and the team left without fixing them, saying they were broken. Very poor service and absolutely not recommended for any events.

London First Impressions definitely impressed me! Could find everything I was looking for. Very friendly customer service. They have a vast collection of party items for Birthdays, weddings, baby showers, welcome home, etc. They also have fresh flower bouquets. Prices are a bit towards the higher range.I highly recommend this place.

Very rude staff. Everyone in this shop has a bad attitude. The lady who seems to be the manager doesn’t know how to talk to customers at all. No manners, no customer service skills, very arrogant. They seriously need training on how to treat customers. They act like people are coming in to get things for free instead of spending money. Customers were made to wait while staff were busy with their own personal stuff. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I will not be coming back.

Go to place for party items. Everything under one roof. Including fresh flowers and bunches are available with them. I bought a mother Mary's stone statue which was very valuable but sold it for an affordable price. Good service too.

It's a shop with almost all party decorations. Can get air balloons within few minutes in many colours. Friendly service..

Don’t get or rent party items from here. They are not in good condition

You have a lot of options when it comes to party supplies but it's kind of pricey. 3 helium balloons and a bouquet with few candles will cost you above 7000. Wow I gave it 4 stars earlier but this owner needs to get an attitude check. Customer is always right. You are not the only one selling party stuff.

Worst service ever. I booked and pre ordered roses specifically mentioning I need by 13th and when I went to buy it today the owner demands cz of valentines they have increased the price of roses. If he said the same thing when I asked it 1 week back and atleast when I personally visited the place last Sunday to check the roses it's fine. But he didn't say anything then and now saying it's increased. This is not about the 200 you have increased Mr. Owner but about your worst customer service.

The old gent the owner is always so rude and yells at his customers. I wish he doesn't handle customer calls or sit there all day so we can shop in peace because his staff is very nice and supportive. I've seen reviews about this but they only drop a sorry reply but looks they don't do anything to change his ways. No need to apologize, please just stay at home. Others will maintain your shop better than you.

I like this place a lot the reason is, they make sure to give the best possible arrangement within your budget. You only have to tell them the recipients age, and preffered colours and kinds. I've ordered many times from them and each time they made what I get very special. The recipients were also very happy.

This is the worst place I have been. They are not professionals in this ffield. Owner has a very big attitude issue. If they like to contest, I am ready to post some pictures of their flower arrangments which has no value at all.

An extensive collection party decors and products including balloons etc. Not a huge collection of flowers but you can get custom made pretty bouquets for a reasonable price. Bouquet prices are 2500/- and upwards.

Heloise Order was dealt with efficiently. Flower arrangement was beautiful and well presented. The delivery was on time for a reasonable price. I will use London First Impressions flowers again. Thank you for your service.

Place is quite fine as you can easily find variety of party items under one roof. But the items are over priced.
