Worst staffs ever!!not smiling,not attentive to their customer’s wants!i ordered just a simple lemon drink like the usual drink that im ordering to them everyday,less sweet with extra lemon,however while watching the staff making my order,he just put 2 lemon and put more syrup inside my drink,he didnt even muddle the lemon with the ice instead he just spindle it in a machine..so i rely to the staff about my concern and he didnt listen to me, then the other guy made my drink in different way and added more syrup…i think the management should pay attention on how to train their staff on giving good service..

Wer hier nix zu essen findet, ist selber schuld. Essen aus der ganzen Welt. Aufgrund der Größe und Menge der Leute natürlich geräuschintensiv. Aber das ist in der Mall normal. Ist ja riesig. Akzeptiert man da auch.

On Wednesday 14 of January between 7:45 pm to 8pm I was ordering from Dubai mall ground floor branch I saw cockroach coming from The window of the kitchen which is very disgusting please that not acceptable !!

self service clean but very crowded u need to wait a lot all major food chains are there u can find indina food . snacks all fast food chains philpino and Chinese food there

If you are going up the Burj Khalifa, this is where you need to go to get your tickets and enter. lots of food and coffee restaurants to which you will need after queueing to get your tickets.

Die Qualität ist sehr schlecht. Wir waren am Samstag essen und kurz danach ging es uns sehr schlecht. Bis jetzt können wir nicht wirklich etwas essen weil wir seitdem nichts mehr vertragen.
