We went straight to the LuLu Hypermarket food area at Silicon Central Mall around 9:30 PM. Usually, most supermarkets have very limited food options at that time, but this place still had a great variety of fresh food from different cuisines and nationalities. They also had happy hour offers available, which was a nice bonus. The area was very well managed and clean, with a comfortable dining space to sit and eat. I liked how they had separate sections for bakery items, pizza, salads, sweets, rice dishes, fried chicken, momos, and much more. A really convenient place for late-night food cravings.

LuLu Hypermarket is a supermarket that wins on scale, but scale comes with consequences most shoppers underestimate. At a surface level, it feels like the most efficient option, everything is available, prices are competitive, and you can finish your shopping in one place. That is true, but only if you define efficiency narrowly as “number of stores visited.” If you look deeper, real efficiency includes time, focus, and decision quality. In a large environment like this, your attention is constantly pulled in different directions, promotions, new products, alternative brands. That creates decision fatigue, and when that happens, people either overspend or make suboptimal choices just to finish faster.

Lulu Hypermarket is a great place for grocery shopping, especially if you’re looking for variety and good deals. We ended up buying tons of chocolates and cookies, and they had a really nice selection. The dates section was also impressive, and we found a great offer where you buy two packs and get one free, which was a nice bonus. The store is well stocked, organised, and easy to navigate. Overall, a very satisfying shopping experience with plenty of options and good value for money.

I was surprised to find a very good quality prayer rug for only 10 AED, which was honestly an amazing deal. The clothes section also has many nice options with affordable prices and good quality. Staff were helpful and the checkout process was fast despite the crowd. Definitely one of the best places for budget-friendly shopping in Dubai.

🩷🩷🩷 Always my favorite LuLu in Dubai!!! The vegetables here are always super fresh and the variety is honestly better than anywhere else. You can find everything in one place and the quality never disappoints. And now they even have these adorable bear cakes… so cute and surprisingly delicious 🐻🍫 definitely worth trying! Highly recommend this branch if you want fresh groceries and something fun at the same time ✨

今天要给个差评clean fish 的工作人员，我卖鱼的时候根本没有人，一条鱼等了25分钟，后面找他们，2个戴眼镜的工作人员在里面慢慢悠悠也不知道干嘛，结果半天回复我，我的鱼还没开始clean，真的很生气，浪费客户时间！

June 8, 2026, around 7:50 PM at Counter 9. The cashier gave us a torn AED 10 note as change. We informed her that torn notes are often not accepted by some stores, and we requested a replacement. Initially, she insisted that it could still be used. but, since we had already experienced stores refusing torn notes before, we asked her to exchange it for a clean note to avoid any inconvenience. While we were explaining our concern, her facial expressions and attitude came across as dismissive and annoyed, making us feel as though our request was unreasonable. After eventually exchanging the note, she simply placed the new AED 10 note on the counter without handing it to me or saying a word. I found this behavior very rude and unprofessional. As a cashier, you are one of the main representatives of the company and often the last employee customers interact with before leaving the store. The way you communicate and handle customer concerns reflects the company's customer service standards and overall image. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect the level of professionalism and respect I would expect. Customers have the right to raise concerns, and these concerns should be handled with courtesy and professionalism. A simple explanation, polite communication, and respectful attitude would have made a significant difference in this situation.

Based on my experience, the extended warranty they promote does not come with reliable customer service. I purchased a cooking range that began emitting black smoke within the first year. Despite multiple complaints and technician visits over 2.5 years, the issue remains unresolved. The technicians repeatedly changed the nozzle and stated that was the maximum they could do. Unfortunately, the problem persists, causing daily inconvenience and damage to several vessels. Meanwhile they asked me to change my cylinder gas fixation which I paid. Now they are asking me to pay for the burner tip. So, please don't believe in extended warranty. For these reasons, I strongly advise against buying electronics from Lulu. Please buy from any other reliable electronic showroom.

Its a big multi-store hypermarket. They have A to Z for any personal or household items. Excellent sections with different varieties and price ranges. The quality is amazing. What I like the most is the food court section, its tasty , fresh and hot. It's yummy 😋. The Bakery too, they have different varieties for different occasions and daily use. All what I need under one roof.

I hav no problem with LULU but sparklo machine. I commuted especially for recycle machine and after few bittles it was out. Stopped working, i checked sparklo app before reaching it was just 40% full. Had to leave 30 bottles. Wast of my time n commute expenses. Why would I care to recycle for planet anymore?

This is my go-to place for pastries for any event. Their selection is fantastic, and everything always tastes amazing. Whether you’re hosting or attending an event, I highly recommend picking up your pastries from here. You will not be disappointed.
