Visited Lulu Hypermarket Al Gharafa recently. Really liked their fresh fruits and vegetables section. Good quality, fresh stock, and very nicely arranged. The placement and alignment of items make shopping easy and comfortable. Prices are mostly normal. Promotional items are well priced, but when compared with other hypermarkets, some items, especially pulses and lentils, feel slightly more expensive here. One thing I noticed about Doha eggs is that whenever I shop on weekends, Thursday and Friday, they are always available, which is convenient. The hypermarket is quite big, spacious, and well organized overall. The downstairs food section with fruits, vegetables, meat, and groceries is maintained very well. This review is only based on the downstairs food section and does not include fashion or upstairs areas. Overall, a good shopping experience with excellent fresh produce and neat arrangements.

Lulu marketlerin en kapsamlısı. Geniş ürün yelpazesi olan bir market. Elektronik, tekstil, kozmetik vb gibi çok geniş bir ürün çeşidi mevcut. Ancak bazı Seğmenlerdeki Ürünler biraz asya ülkelerine hitap ediyor gibi. Fiyatları makul. Haftasonu çok kalabalık oluyor. Otopark yeri bulmak biraz zor olabiliyor.

Lulu Hypermarket Gharrafa is super convenient! Tons of fresh stuff, snacks, and random goodies. Staff are friendly and helpful. Can get a bit crowded on weekends, but overall a chill spot to grab groceries or just browse. Definitely my go-to in the area!

Its one of the places with biggest collection of electronics and garments. Very well placed and arranged. Its a all in one place for all items.

We leave near to lulu gharafa , we used buy our groceries from here only but today I was shocked when a security guard said we can’t take out the trolly out side due to there missing trollies my husband asked to the guard when was this rules came he said from yesterday onwards honestly my Neighbor bought the groceries an hour ago & they came up with the trolly out side no one asked after all this calmly my husband said bro I will bring back your trolley don’t worry he was like you should have bring your car to collect this seriously without car can’t a person buy groceries from lulu it’s been a years we used to purchase from here but now a days there rules are tooo much hectics,

Prices of goods and products are great. Sometimes a little bit of traffic but manageable since there are security guards helps whenever heavy traffic happens.

This was our first visit to this branch of Lulu, and the experience was quite good. The store was well-organized with a wide variety of items, making selection easy and enjoyable. Great availability and a pleasant shopping environment overall!

I recently moved to Al Gharaffah, and of course one of the first places I went to was Lulu Hypermarket! It’s honestly one of my favorite places to shop — whatever you need, you’ll find it there. From groceries and fresh fruits to electronics, clothes, and household stuff, they really have everything. The place is always clean, organized, and the staff are super helpful. I enjoy just walking around and discovering new products every time I visit. Definitely happy to have Lulu so close to my new home!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Got a message that my item is ready for pick up, just to come and be informed that the issue is with the charger. No one bothered to call and tell me to bring the charger! Also parking is a disaster every time

The 2 floor branch is filled with items from A - Z. Literally anything and everything is available. They are know by the indian community specifically for imported items from India at decent rates with regular offers being on display for many items. The outlet can get pretty crowded therefore avoid peak hours, specially in ramadan, early hours of the day is recommended to visit. The outlet holds other businesses like cafe, pharmacy, jewelry shops, Telecom, insurance and restaurants. spacious parking with shades are available. Must visit if on a certain budget!

One of the biggest Lulu branch i ever been. Sadly there is no available Bose S1 Pro that we have been looking for. Same as all lulu branches, Promotion sale always at lulu at any branch. Highly recommended.

物美价廉，可惜没有地铁，但是我特别特别喜欢这个超市，我特别喜欢那里的薯片，煎饼，橘子，西瓜，鸡肉，鱼肉，香肠，蔬菜，炸鸡，蛋糕，那个黄油蛋糕特别好吃，适合和朋友一起分享，一个人吃不完，，二楼除了电器我有时间都会逛逛，二楼有的东西虽然想买但是回国了也带不回去，比如各种电子琴，电视机，毛绒玩具，抱枕等，而且大部分东西都产自我的家乡中国，如果休息的时候不累并且有时间，就算走路去我也愿意，但是现在要回国了……有点伤心，以后这个超市只能在记忆和照片中回忆了，而且朋友说在中国不能用谷歌，我会怀念卡塔尔，怀念多哈，怀念在这里去过的各个地方的，特别是这个超市，可能是雏鸟情节吧，我逛的第一个大型超市就是这个……文字稍微多了一点，因为我想在这里多留点足记哈哈哈…… 时间太久的，照片太难找了 It's a pity that there is no subway, but I especially like this supermarket. Very disappointing customer service at Lulu Hypermarket – Gharafa Branch. I bought a new phone from this branch, and within two days it started overheating and calls were constantly being interrupted. I took it to customer service, and they insisted it was “just an update issue” and that I should wait for the updates to finish. The problem only got worse. I returned again, and this time they said they needed to send it for service—just three days after purchase. No one called me with any update. Whenever I tried calling the branch, no one answered. After two weeks of silence, I went back myself, only to find that the phone was still exactly where I had left it. Suddenly they claimed it had been “serviced” and that it was only a software issue, but they had already opened the device. Now they tell me refund or replacement is not possible because the phone was opened—even though this was done by their service. In the end, I’m stuck with a phone whose value has dropped because it was opened, zero accountability, and customer service that simply doesn’t care. Extremely frustrating experience. I do not recommend buying electronics from Lulu Gharafa at all. Don't even think about it
