Lulu is one of the best hypermarkets around. The branch is well-organized and offers a great shopping experience. I loved their flower section, it’s beautifully arranged and full of fresh, vibrant blooms. A pleasure to visit.

They don't have clothes section, the food section is bad, compared to other lulu branchs, this is small.

LuLu is our family’s favorite place to shop. The layout is spacious, the store is always clean, and there’s something for everyone—from groceries to clothes to electronics. My kids especially love the bakery section! Shopping at LuLu is always a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Sharing a feedback with Mr. Mukhtar in fast food section was a disrespectful, horrible and pathetic experience. He was behaving like a gangster. For a moment I was blank. I can't believe he told me 'eat or go to customer happiness to file a complaint'. I didn't speak further to him and immediately filed an official complaint to the customer happiness center and am awaiting for the action. I will make sure and would put all my efforts to take this matter to higher management. If no action, further I would involve the food authority and consumer forum. I live in Dip and in 3 years of my regular shopping experience here, I have always appreciated the positive vibes from all Lulu staff, never ever had a single complaint. But this incident, the staff crossed the line !

It's a very big mall. One can find all the grocery and house hold things, like cereals,rice ,flours, condiments, crockery, bedsheets towels , packed foods, pasta and it's sauces. Fresh Vegetables and fruits. Bakery products. Utensils, electronic gadgets

My friend deposited some cash here and it was not updated on his account and the cash also not returned. Don’t know what to do. Customer support also high busy not taking any calls.

We bought a gas from there after 1 month exactly one of the sides was broken (extended from its place) we went to change as it has 2 years warranty, the customer service who is not related to customer service said the gas should stay there for 15 days to be fixed and he can’t do anything so in this 2 weeks how we will cook and do coffee it’s not something that you can ignore for 15 days. Maybe the customer service in lulu can but for us we can’t and I think people don’t need this 2 years guarantee as if you are laughing on parole 15 days is not a solution very bad experience there.

Came here to look for food because of the bad traffic jam at the round about outside this mall. Food here is pre cooked and all they do is heat it up and served. They even have sitting area for food.

Located in DIP with a wide range of consumer goods. Ample parking space and friendly customer care. Not forgetting great prices

Convenient place for grocery shopping for the local community in Greens. This Lulu Hypermarket branch is much smaller than the other supermarkets. Not many offers on products. Nice bakery section. German bakery that sells freshly made bread and pastries. Limited parking space. Wheelchair accessible.

Good hypermarket finally in DIP. Very well arrangement of products. Staff is very good and cooperative as its a new store, you may take some time to reach your desired product. Metro station is nearby. If you are on car and going from E311 (towards AUH) you will have to take Al Yalyis exit then first turn to DIP reach NMC Royal and its just opposite to NMC Royal. Parking slot is not that enough for the time once shopper's footfall will increase. 10 AED car wash facility available in parking. Nawab Restaurant famous for Indian cuisine is also there.

Good supermarket for grocery. They have a good selection of products and at reasonable prices. I particularly like their selection of dry nuts.

A big plus is its location—just a short walk from the DIP Metro Station, making it convenient for those using public transport.

I bought the Mashawi Chicken Half Meal at Lulu, but for me it’s not worth it. The French fries were not tasty at all — honestly, even a small cafeteria serves better fries. The chicken also didn’t have much flavor. I expected more from what I saw, but the taste was disappointing. I suggest adding proper French fries like the ones usually given in cafeterias or restaurants. Of course, taste is subjective and some people might like it, but this was my personal experience.

Edited review: i forgot my mask in car and the customer services counter asked 2 aed for mask. Guys, 50 masks box for 5 dirhams you can charge from me and give masks for 50 customers for 3 to 4 months because I don't think 50 people will forget their mask in 4 months Dubai investment part was missing budget friendly plus good quality products Hypermarket. Lulu has filled the gap. It has got all the ingredients of supermarket market. All the utilities including groceries, fish section, home appliances, best deals are available in this side of city. The best thing about this place is compactness. It's super handy small and amazing. You can easy spend hours if you are grocery lover with comparison and contrast thought process amoung brands lol. They got so many deals in all sections. I would like to visit it again
