LuLu Exchange, Abu Shagara

I recently visited LuLu Money Exchange Abu Shagara branch and had a fantastic experience. The process was quick, transparent, and hassle-free, which is exactly what you want when handling remittances. I want to give a special shout-out to NIYASUN FARHATH. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made a world of difference. Niyasun was incredibly helpful, ensuring all my questions were answered and that the transaction was completed smoothly. It’s rare to find such dedicated customer service these days!

Very disappointing experience with Lulu Exchange. I approached them to process my employees’ salaries and was asked to submit multiple documents. Their representative, Dhanraj, got all documents stamped and signed and then completely vanished. No response to calls or WhatsApp messages. I have repeatedly called Lulu Exchange customer support, and every time I’m told “he will call back” or “he will get back,” but nothing happens. This delay has affected my salary processing and caused unnecessary stress. Extremely unprofessional handling and poor follow-up.

I really love the friendly vibe here, especially thanks to one of the security guys, a nice gentleman from Kerala. He’s always ready to help and genuinely cares about everyone. Plus, the staff speaks several languages really well!

I had an issue today at Lulu Exchange, Abu Shagara branch. Ms. Susunida (branch manager) solved the matter in a very professional way and called me personally to make sure to finalize the issue in the same day. Thanks Lulu Exchange, Thanks Ms. Susunida!
