Nice overall shopping experience. The place is spacious, clean and well-organised, so it’s easy to move around even during busy hours. Grocery, fashion, home items — everything is available in one floor, and the quality feels reliable. Prices are reasonable and there are frequent offers, which is a plus. Billing counters are fast, staff are helpful, and parking access is convenient. Good spot for both regular needs and quick weekend shopping

A solid hypermarket as always, though personally, I like Lulu electronic City more than this. May be The later was new due to. The prices here are generally good. However, a few areas could use improvement. The chocolate section was a bit disappointing—they didn't have Amul dark chocolate, which you’d expect a major hypermarket to stock. The kids' section could also be upgraded with cooler toys and more activity-based books. Additionally, healthier options like Coke Zero and dark chocolates deserve more focus; unfortunately, I couldn't find any Coke Zero in the refrigerators. On the pricing side, the dry fruits could definitely be more affordable. My main concern was the hot food section. While the food tastes good, several items like kebabs and curries were left out in the open. For better hygiene, everything should be kept behind glass cabinets, and customers shouldn't be able to touch open food or containers. Overall, it's still a good store, but fixing these details would make it much better.

From the moment I entered, the security process was smooth, well-managed, and handled with great discipline. Recently visited LULU Market, and I must say it’s absolutely amazing! 🛍️✨ It’s a one-stop destination for almost everything you need — from household items, groceries, cutlery, and daily essentials to a wide variety of fresh food and bakery products. What really stood out to me was their food section — they offer delicious sweets, a great mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, and a variety of snacks and bakery treats that are simply mouthwatering 😋. It honestly feels like a mini food court inside the hypermarket, where you can enjoy tasty and freshly prepared meals at affordable prices. Overall, LULU Market is the perfect place for both shopping and enjoying good food under one roof. Highly recommended! 👍

Found flies, worms and pupae inside the egg tray. I had to throw the entire set. I wish lulu started enforcing some basic quality check before selling these

It is one of the most prestigious shopping malls in Bangalore. It is famous for its luxurious size and variety of branded goods.It can be reached on foot from KSR Railway Station, there is a restaurant on the 4th floor and Karnataka's Biggest indoor Amuseum are located here,There is also a movie theater (Cinepolis) on the top floor, which makes it even more amazing. Here you can easily find everything from clothing, home decor items to decorations and vegetables.

Recently visited the Lulu Hypermarket in Bengaluru, and it was an overall pleasant experience. The store has an impressive variety of products, catering to nearly every need you could imagine. The shelves were well-stocked, and I was particularly impressed with the extensive collection of plastic items and household goods. One of the highlights of my visit was the bakery and condiments counter, where I found fresh breads, pastries, and a range of sauces and seasonings to choose from. They also had a dedicated section for meats, fish, and frozen food – which is great for anyone looking for fresh, quality options. The larger trolleys made shopping much easier, and I appreciated the counter for depositing your bags before you start shopping, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help if you had any questions. The entire store was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience. I also noticed that the crowd was quite moderate, with no overwhelming rush, and there was no queue at the billing counters, making the checkout process smooth and fast. However, one area where Lulu doesn’t quite match up to competitors like D-Mart is pricing. While they do reduce one or two rupees from the MRP, the discounts are not as significant as D-Mart’s. While that might be a downside for customers looking for more aggressive price cuts, I think Lulu offers more in terms of quality and convenience. Overall, it was a great shopping experience, and I’d definitely recommend it for those who value variety, cleanliness, and friendly service over deep discounts.

If you're feeling hungry and want to relish some nice variety of food, then you must visit the Lulu Hypermarket food section!! Beware, the grilled chicken items are half cooked and not tasty at all. But the salads, and bakery items, are worth it. Tasty and easy on the pocket too. You should avoid sweets as well, as they're too sweet. Biriyani and rice items are good. Must try the jams. I loved the dryfruits section too. Very hygienic place. The mall itself is a very clean and nice place to hangout with family and friends.

On weekends this place is fully packed with crowd. if you are visiting this place, be ready to spend whole day, you can enjoy all the gaming activities. cafeteria is very large but it would be difficult to grab a seat on weekends. Don't play catching the stuffed animals(dolls) game. its waste of money. all other activities are good. kids will definitely find this place amazing.

Gardening tools, home plants, bakery foods, chicken, meat, fish, clothes, fast food items etc. Their pricing is value for money and the items are well laid out.

Extremely disappointed with the service at Lulu Mall. My family and I are regular customers and frequently shop here, but the experience we faced recently was completely unacceptable. During billing, we made the payment through Google Pay, and the transaction was clearly showing as SUCCESSFUL from our side. Even after showing the successful transaction multiple times, the billing staff kept arguing with us and insisting that the payment had not been received. They wasted so much of our time at the counter and created unnecessary stress, ultimately forcing us to pay the amount again. What is more disappointing is that this issue is not even about the money anymore it is about how customers are treated. After taking the double payment, customer support started giving fake promises saying the refund would come in 2 minutes, then 5 minutes, then half an hour, and later they said maximum 48 hours. It has now been more than 70 hours and there is still no refund, no proper update, and no accountability from the team. My mother tried calling them multiple times, but they never answered the calls. When I personally called for an update, instead of giving a proper resolution, they started making excuses saying “there is no network,” “we cannot hear you properly,” and disconnected the call multiple times. I literally had to call from different numbers just to get them to answer. This behavior is extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. It is shocking that a large establishment like Lulu Mall cannot properly guide or support customers during a payment issue. Customers trust your store and spend their hard-earned money there. The least expected is respectful communication, transparency, and timely resolution of issues. Very pathetic customer support experience and highly disappointing handling of this situation. Immediate action should be taken regarding this issue and the refund should be processed without any further delay.

LuLu Hypermarket in Rajajinagar is still the best hypermarket in Bangalore with a good range of products and seasonal offers! The best in terms of hygiene with every aisle organized well enough with a few exemptions. This is still the only place where you get the best bread and khubus (at least from what I have found so far). 2026 edit: LuLu Bangalore must take hygiene practices seriously. I have fallen ill after consuming one of the items sold at the 'food court' section. Similar behavior noticed in other sections like salads, sweets and bakery as well. Staff can be seen working on other tasks while also serving food with the same hands and gloves. Dec 25 edit: The packaging for baked food needs to be changed (picture attached). Why is everything in that section sold in cardboard-like bags? Why aren't the thermocol plates used where the food would then be laminated with a thin transparent sheet as usual? Early 2025 edit: Noticing a decline in ready-to-eat food quality. Poor quality ingredients in some products where ingredients are either old or products like margerine is used. Also, those sections seem to be understaffed. Everything else seems fine. Sep 25 edit: After visiting two branches of LuLu in Kochi and Palakkad, Kerela. The food made and served here in Rajajinagar is sub par in comparison. The bakery is alright 👍. A lot of what is served in the veg and non-veg food court is inconsistent and does not taste good or anything like the actual dishes. The Shawarmas and Biryani for example tastes nothing like they should. LuLu should know this given they make it perfectly fine elsewhere. The Eatery was a good initiative, but is smaller than required. Also, please close the lids of food served in special/festival food sections cause its unhygienic (people keep coughing around it). I'd suggest getting management from Lulu super/hypermarkets from UAE or even Kerela to review the same here. Some good Lulu hypermarket references to consider. Loved the place.super awesome ambience.super games which I think are only present in this mall. Its super duper fun. Indoor games consists a lot lot of games. The roller coaster and hanging and car bump games are so much fun. Prices are reasonable for games starting from 1000rs + and credit points will be valid on the card till 5years. Really liked the mall and lots of shopping options and outside sitting place is also really good. Can get lots a super pictures. Awesome place to hangout

It's truly wonderful place. I really couldn't believe that it's such a wonderful place that we could go over there and see and have a Great experience. The thing is like It's a hypermarket. So regarding of hypermarkets it's just amazing place. You can find anything over there regarding of for non vegetarian people as well As for vegetarian peoples. Basically, I'm a vegetarian guys, so I had a great time being there. You can buy food, vegetables, fruits, salads. Chinese not. A number of things. I couldn't believe that when I had there the meals. It was just amazing. The taste is good the. Built is good, the momentum the. Talkative of the people over there. It's just amazing. I really appreciate if any of you. Amazing place for shopping. Movie theatres work in progress. Can spend three to four hours just taking a look at eveyrthing in the mall. Have visited twice and I will keep visiting this place. One stop solution for all household and fashion needs. Good place for meetings since they have many aesthetic places. Huge food court and play area for kids. It is crowded during the weekends.

Usually you will find many varieties which are not available in both online shopping or at smaller malls. Large selection options available for Fresh Fruits, vegetables and dry fruits etc., Large food counters is also available.
