Worst Pest Control Service – Extremely Unprofessional & Unreliable!
If I could give zero stars, I would! This has been the worst experience ever, and I deeply regret choosing this company for pest control.
Key Issues:
1. Unacceptable Delays:
• My first booking on 15th Feb—the team arrived 3 hours late.
2. No-Show & False Promises (21st March):
• Scheduled follow-up for 21st March (Friday, 1:00-2:00 PM).
• Took a day off work due to their limited Ramadan timing.
• No one showed up. Calls were ignored, and when finally answered, I was falsely told the team would arrive within an hour.
• Other contact numbers put me on hold and disconnected my calls.
• After relentless follow-ups, I was told the team wouldn’t come at all.
3. Rescheduled Appointment Disaster (22nd March):
• Follow-up was rescheduled for 22nd March (weekend, 12:00-1:00 PM).
• By 1:40 PM, no one arrived. After multiple calls and WhatsApp messages, I was told they’d be there in 30 minutes—they finally arrived at 2:40 PM!
This company has zero respect for customers’ time, is completely disorganized, and lacks even basic professionalism. I had to move all kitchen items, plan around my small baby, and adjust my entire schedule—only to be met with lies and incompetence.
If they had at least been upfront about their inefficiency, I could have made other arrangements. I would have gladly paid extra for a reliable follow-up, but no amount of money can fix such an incompetent service.
Do yourself a favor—stay FAR away from this company! Save your time, money, and sanity by choosing a professional service instead.
