We would like to clarify our position regarding what happened during our visit to the studio, where we were treated with disrespect and experienced unprofessional, rude behavior from the staff.
At the end of our session, we did not exceed the booked time but only stayed a few extra minutes to gather our belongings. Despite this, the staff entered the shooting area without permission and in an inappropriate manner, even though we were in the final stages of packing our equipment.
When we realized our bag was missing—which contained valuable items and bank cards—we requested assistance from the staff to help locate it or at least to speak with the client using the room. However, they refused to cooperate and did not allow us to speak with the client. By coincidence, the client later stepped out of the room, and when we explained the situation, he immediately understood and questioned why he had not been informed earlier, expressing his willingness to cooperate.
Due to this situation, we were forced to wait over 30 minutes after our booking ended, and we had to cancel our Uber ride since we could not leave while searching for the bag.
We would also like to emphasize that at no point were we asked to submit a formal complaint. On the contrary, when we informed the staff that we would leave a review about our experience, they mocked us and said, “Do whatever you want.”
Additionally, we would like to note that the studio’s management left a review on Google about our services, presenting themselves as clients who had used our services, while in reality, they had never used our services at all.
We affirm that we were subjected to unprofessional and disrespectful treatment by the studio’s management, which we deeply regret. We hope you will take this feedback seriously to ensure that no other client has to go through a similar experience in the future.
