Luxury apartment

This is nice place for family. Flat are spacious. Peaceful place for long stay. It's a three floor apartment but there is no Lift. The apartment has good size swimming pool. This place is around 1.8 km from Calangute beach. It is Not good place for night party lovers as it is a residential place.

The Rooms are pretty much good and the view was superb. The Trust has been increased and it was totally a budget friendly accommodation. Hall was good 10 to 12 people can easily sit in the hall and chill with the beer 🍺 at the same time while listening to desired songs in a chorus. The pool facility is just okay because there are some kinds of restrictions which are Okay and can be neglected. We booked a 3Bhk flat which was a great deal for 7 people. It is near to calangute beach 🏖️ bagha beach within 2 to 3km. Parking is available.

Saldana Apartment is situated near Calangute beach, we stayed at 101, Flat was clean and good with all the facilities excluding washing machine. The only thing I want to mention please be careful while going to swimming pool as most of the tiles are broken.

I don't consider this as luxury apartments but budget friendly and economical. Ambience wasn't great and so also the maintenance. Location too was quite interior. Good for a group to stay during weekend

Well the pictures sure are deceptive. The rooms and washrooms look nowhere like the pictures. The door knobs were either not working or were broken. The decor and finishing was old. Also we were given different rooms than what we had booked on account of some maintenance issue, which was informed after we reached there. Having said all the above I must also give credit where it's due.The staff was polite and helpful. The rooms were old which killed the fun of staying but they were atleast clean and hygienic. The location was also good.

So most of the reviews that sing the praises of this place are probably fake. I am currently staying in this complex and the reason I happen to be up at 3:30am and able to write this reviews is because I have been woken up by the usual noise of tourists from other parts of India. I can hear someone who has been locked out of their apartment kicking the door of the apartment upstairs trying to get in. This complex is a set of apartments that are privately owned. Some of those apartments have been rented out on various websites to tourists. Most of the tourists that stay here are from other parts of India and they don't seem to care how much noise they make. Cars and motorbikes are allowed to drive right past each apartment so you can expect to be woken up regularly each night. Then there are tourists that shout and make a lot of noise. every single weekend new people arrive and old people leave. So lots of taxi's turning up in the middle of the night. The swimming pool doesn't look very clean so not gone in. Location is not bad but the 24/7 noise from people, cars and motorbikes needs to be spoken about. Also the huge hotel next door generates a lot of noise as well.

This place is located few KM from Calingute beach. This is not an independent villa. You will be provided furnished roomed in the apartment. The swimming be pool is decent. You can easily arrange for a bike and airport pick up and drop

It is actually a residential complex. 15 minutes walking distance from calangute beach. Security system is very well. Parking facility available for the residents. Home stay is available here. I have booked it by Airbnb. Locality is peaceful. Main gate remains open 24 hours. It took 1 and half by taxi from dabolin airport. A swimming pool is also there. Enjoyed the stay here.

It is a quite neighborhood with quite people. Has all the amenities that one would require to have a good time. The pool is well maintained and accessible at certain parts of the day. Furthermore, it is very conveniently located from the Calangute market and the beach. We had booked an apartment via Airbnb and received some of the best services.

Its not a hotel or resort ..... it's a residential complex with family staying ..... some of the renters give it to guest for holiday accommodations..... the guest that visit misuse the courtesy and take advantage to lay waste , drink and leave tree he beer bottles out in the open , throw plastic bottles in the rain water outlets ..... cigarettes butts flicked onto the garden facing balcony ...... jumping into the pool when its closed .... drinking near or in the pool ... humble request to the guests visiting saldanha Kieran park treat it like your home

Very bas interior , no double checking is there before inviting guests to stay. No appliances available even a glass. In the website it is a lie. Very bad service. It was written check out timing are 11-12 but the house keeper called in saying it is 10am. Ac was bot working . They don't have lights in bathroom. No house cleaning done.. bad food. Hoise keeper always came in saying he will correct all this but nothing was corrected. I will never recomment this ever to anyone.. dont even want to give one star

Rooms are good but swimming pool not available as we have booked whole apartment because of swimming pool but when we reached there it was under maintenance and it is not available for another 5 days so that's the drawback or else it is good place to live .

We got a 2 bhk service apartment along with hall area, 3 huge balconies, 2 ac's, refrigerator, 2 ac's, parking area, for 6 members for just about INR 2000 for 24 hours. Can't beat it ! Booked a apartment via Airbnb. Apartments are nice and the pool facilities are also good but no network coverage inside apartments is a big no-no. Although everything is nice and worth it. Got a double door refrigerator, gas ,stove,utensils to cook on, working Acs, microwave, and a nice balcony with a sofa to chillax.

Worst place to stay, no neat ness at all, once you check in to the room if you stay 3 or 4 days you don't even find single housekeeping person for cleaning your room, they will even charge you more than what they agreed, We recently stayed in this worst hotel, they agreed for 24K for 3nights but at the end for the charged us 31K, they even maintain local roudies to fight with you if you ask ur money (security deposit 5k we gave to them when we asked that money back they bought roudies and they again started demanding for more money from us). My rating for this place is 0.

The appartment is one of the best place to stay in calanguate or whole north goa according to me. 1)The rent is cheaper compared to the accommodation of same size. 2)Many people can stay in the appartment it doesn't matter how many people stay. 3)The price of 2bhk is 2000inr at non season and around 3000-35000 inr for season it changes a lot so use coupons. 4)It has an infinity pool which is cool and you can have fun in it. 5)The appartment is fully furnished with ac,oven and almost all facilities you can cook some great food in the room. 6) Best for batchelors can bring women to so it's guest friendly. 7) Alcohol and smoking is permitted inside the room So guys enjoy your stay at the place hope it helps you

Rooms are neat and clean. Water was little durty when it was coming from over head tank. Need to have a room service on a daily basis atleast. Overall good experience

It was pleasant stay there for me. I was there for three days and liked the cozy place. I faced network issue. Apart from that part i liked this place most. Pool was closed due to covid. I would like to stay here again.

A good homestay. Very near to calangute beach and calangute market. You will get bikes and drinks and everything around. The best part is it's next to Goa Little restaurant. Breakfast can do inside the room. No drinking water is available in room so must buy from out side. No restrurent available inside the society but you can order from outside. Hotel's menu card are available in room.
