Luxury Thai Spa Massage Center

The service at reception was terrible. I found a man inside the salon coming out from a room next to reception, and they said he was a food delivery man! That's no excuse for him to be inside the salon. Orders are supposed to be picked up at the door, and also you pay extra when you pay by card! The worst salon I've ever been to.

The spa massage helped me unwind comfortably. The massage service felt well managed and professional.

Notre première expérience a malheureusement été très décevante, et n’a d’ailleurs jamais pu aboutir. La propriétaire qui nous avait confirmé sa disponibilité via Whatsapp. Une fois sur place, personne ne nous a accueillis par manque de disponibilité… L’attitude de la personne nous a par ailleurs semblé peu professionnelle et peu accueillante, ce qui ne correspond pas aux standards que l’on pourrait attendre d’un service commerçant. Une telle expérience invite sérieusement à reconsidérer la pertinence du nom de votre enseigne.

So worst experience the lady named rose ask for extra service / Happy Ending while message i denied then she start screaming on me say stupid, say why came here go other shop and after that she didn’t do her job well worst experience ever owner of this shop should not hire this kind of employees, this is how they talk with their customers

Very bad service by Rose .bad Attitude.waste of money.she asked for Happy ending when i denied.she start abusing.waste of time and money.when i asked manager number on Reception (ANN) she also denied to give manager number.it means no one is responsible person is there for customer Service.never Recommend.
