Very bad service. Price is on but behaviour is very bad. Their Staff usually misbehave with customer. Owner is polite and professional but have no time to deal with customers.

We purchased materials from this company, but the quality was poor, and one item (out of 50 pieces) was missing. Despite reaching out via WhatsApp and phone calls to resolve the issue, we received no response. Be cautious when dealing with this seller—check your quantities carefully before paying the balance. They may offer lower prices but deliver less quantity than promised. We do not suggest to purchase from this dealer

My own experience have taken lots of material from here for my supplier,same day delivery but 30 min late because of some error in machinery but great effort and quality given in all goods also my time and money is saved for another round for taking. Delivery🙏🙏🤞🤞

BEWARE!! First he made a mistake in the printing. I had ordered 2 types of pen. The plastic ones were supposed to have company name and website and the metal ones only company name. He printed website on metal also. He didn't give any explanation so I had to accept it anyways. Payment had been done. (Screenshot attached) Then he sent the wrong case for the metal pens. (Screenshot attached) Later after we started distributing the pens, we started getting complains that the plastic pen's tip (due to poor glue) is coming off. Making the pen useless. This was a big problem as the money spent of plastic pens was a waste. Now with this problem, the owner (Mr. Madaan) stopped taking our calls. Samples did not have any such problem. Plus it was very very embarrassing in front of my clients. I am sure my competitor used it to mock me too. (No screenshot as this was discussed over the phone, attaching pen photo). And I had to really chase him a lot due to delayed delivery. I wouldn't recommend this company.
