five star service. Promised it would take 2 days to repair my PC, and it took 2 days. They have extremely tidy cable management, and as far as I can tell, have done no damage to my other parts while repairing. Have tested my PC and it runs perfectly again (will change review if I encounter an issue soon).

U give them an item to fix, they say they will call you in 1 day. 2 days pass by and i call.. they say say another 2 days... kept calling after the time i was given and was told to wait more.. after 4 weeks i got mad and went to him saying i want my laptop back and i dont want to wait for you anymore, he says come back in 2 days to check if it can be fixed or not.. 3 days later they call and say it cant be fixed.. Not recommended at all, very bad and they never call. Edit: no you did not call, you just called after 4 weeks after ive called you a dozen times saying that i can have my laptop back and its not fixable, other than that you’ve never called.

I visited the store sent by my internet provider to check if a modem issue i had was due to the modem itself or its adapter. As soon as I started explaining what I was there for, the agent interrupted me to say my modem is old and that my ISP is not aware it was (when in reality my ISP was aware of the details but didn't want to push me to buy a new modem if not needed). The way the agent jumped to his own false assumptions was annoying. He ended up sending the modem upstairs "to be checked" without telling the employee what exactly was the issue. I stayed waiting for 20 min until he handed me back the modem saying it's not working (when in reality it was). I will not go back to this store since I can't tolerate when customers are spoken to in a rude unprofessional way.

Best shop number one maintenance department they can fix and solve any problem you can trust them. They have all brands with high and low prices it is up to you what to choose everything goes under warranty. I advice visiting this shop.

Thank you for saving my laptop 😁. I was having a lot of trouble from my laptop and they fixed it, and it feels brand new now. Very good customer service 👍

Over-priced computer parts. They rebrand used parts and sell them as new. I bought a 2tb hdd that turned out to be used and died in 3 months.
