Really bad hotel! The rooms are sub standard. The hotel operates a no smoking policy but guests frequently smoke in rooms & corridors. When we asked the hotel why there is so much smoke - they expressed their helplessness in stopping the guests. We ordered food from outside & the hotel refused to provide spoons for eating this food. They can’t even provide ice. The food bill was inflated & when checked they said said they can’t produce the correct bill since one bill had been generated. The towels were really dirty! Cleaning is a problem throughout! We will never touch this hotel again!

Its a good hotel to stay and i found all good from complimentary breakfast to room. Only issue came was morning tea which is don’t know why served only after 8 am. Otherwise staff Reception all were smiling and cooperative. Good work

Great location. Great connectivity. Brilliant people to deal with. Delux rooms are spacious for it's price range and food is decent (breakfast is ok-ok) but the room and hospitality of staff is just too good. Perfect for a pricetag of 3/3.5 Ask for road /side facing delux rooms, it's well lit and has some view. Also, never ever try the restaurant on 1st floor (it's a separate restaurant, not of the hotel)… it's just an over priced pseudo luxury dining place.

I have been here for 3 days. Rooms were quite good and well arranged. Hotel staff cooperated well. As far as food is concerned it had tastes good.

Ppl booking this hotel plz NOTE-here smoking rooms are also available.so ppl who are a bit sensitive to such issues kindly check the rooms before having a stay. In my room the smoke smell wasn't felt. Suggestion- Hotel madison kindly improve ur breakfast menu as very less items r available for choice and the food quality also needs to be improved a bit. Overall rating-3.5/5

The rooms are very nice and spacious. Great bathrooms with shower enclosure. However, carpets were not that clean. Overall great value for money.

A ok hotel. Good size of rooms. Very expensive food and beverages. If for short visit, good. Not so for long visits. Has a smell in some rooms that is not going away. Good breakfast.

Nice hotel, breakfast limited however lunch and evening different, staff really helpful, hotel is on the main road so easy to access it is also by flyover, during part of our stay lift not working, fixed windows, had aircon, shower was OK.

Room was ok but not as expected... buffet breakfast was just name sake... only two three options including prantha, bhatura, boiled eggs and omlete... nothing else... you can find plenty of better options in that price range... will never stay there again.

Don’t get confused by its simple outer infrastructure. Once you go in, you would love to choose this hotel. In short, almost every thing about this place is good.

Ambiance good, Customer service poor & value to money is 5 out of 10. Nearby no basic necessities available so that's a draw back and after 11 no F&B that's a draw back so over all 3 out of 10. Just if any body visiting for business stay for 1 or 3 nights and need to stay for name sake then do not bother. Madison staff need to improve customer service and policies for customers.

Spacious rooms. Reducing stars because the bathroom was clogged and there was a constant smoke smell in the room. Buffet was decent.

It depends from where you book , if you book from a 3rd party site then u may not get the best room. Hotel staff was good and helpful.

Well accommodation central ac system resturent, party hall, lift facility, parking space as well as room service and the stuff behavior is too good
