The hotel has a beautiful outdoor environment with a very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious with great quality and taste. The location is convenient and perfect for spending quality time. The staff support was exceptional — very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the visit. Highly recommended for great food, excellent service, and a beautiful ambiance.

I was unable to find the location easily, as the staff were not coordinating properly to guide us. Having a clear signboard on the roadside would be very helpful for guests and make it easier to find the place.

I’m very disappointed with the service. The staff were unprofessional and disrespectful. Yesterday, when I attended the party, one of the staff members instructed me to park my car far outside the mansion. It was raining, yet no umbrella or assistance was provided. This was extremely inconvenient and poorly managed. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this venue for any future events. I attached the picture below who acting as a unprofessional behaviour.

My son's choice for his daughter's first birthday went quite well.

It’s an okay place. They didn’t well organised the place for the very warm weather in daytime.

We had a wonderful Tamil-Hindu wedding here with a smaller group of friends from Sri Lanka and Europe. The venue was perfect—cozy and ideal for an intimate celebration. They did an amazing job setting up the marquee, creating a beautifully arranged and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was flawless, and the convenient location made it even better. Beautiful garden, in Colombo such is a rarity. The house seems to be used for parties but needs maintenance. Ample parking, polite Staff. Food needs to be catered

We had THE MOST BEAUTIFUL AND AMAZING experience at Magic Mansion. We were able to beautifully plan out our outdoor wedding and Mr Rathnayake was the most supportive and helpful coordinator we could ever ask for. He helped us from the beginning till the end of the event, with all the tiny details, and made sure everything was ready. We honestly couldn't have done it this beautifully without his support. The location is GORGEOUS and we had a breathtaking view as you can see in the pictures. We 100% recommend Magic Mansion and Mr Rathnayaka for any outdoor/indoor events.

I recently attended a birthday party at Magic Mansion and was thoroughly impressed by the venue. The venue is an old, large house that has been modernized and transformed into an event space, and it perfectly meets the requirements for such functions. Its location down Suleiman Terrace off Jawatte Road is ideal, adding to the convenience. While my experience is limited to the event I attended, Magic Mansion certainly nailed the brief for being a great spot for hosting gatherings and special occasions.

The place has a lot of potential. I loved the big garden. The interior has air conditioning and the place felt quite spacious. However some of the chairs were a little dirty and some chairs could be replaced entirely. The kitchen/pantry was decent but could use more counter space

Had my little one's birthday at Magic Mansion. Place is good and the same is located within Colombo city. Staff was very helpful in facilitating the event. Special thanks goes to Mr Rathnayake and the team for the extended cooperation provided.

We were only in the garden, it's spacious, and beautiful. Needs a little more light, and also some areas were a little muddy, shoes/ heels were getting stuck. It's a nice place.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Unprofessional. Had my wedding here. Hosts start off nice but soon as the money goes in they become busy. Agreed utilities weren't provided. It's been 4 months and they are yet to return the refundables even when all payments are paid from our end. I do not recommend here at all!

This is the place for perfect night parties!!. Nice place to host an outdoor birthday party for 70 packs. Decent price and the service was great as usual. Basically, they provide the venue. Other things we can arrange with other providers.

It's renovated old house and good place for an outdoor function. Nice calm environment. Parking could be a little issue though

Went to a wedding reception there. It was held in the garden under a tent. The place is beautiful with enough room for all attended. Parking is a big problem as there is no dedicated parking and have to park on the street. Given that this is a residential neighborhood parking was even more restricted on the street.

We had a great experience, and it is a good place for 30-50pax for gathering and staff was very helpful. Service is good 👍

Visited for a birthday party so can't comment on anything beyond that. It's an old large, albeit modern, house that is converted to be used for hosting events and can't say it doesn't nail that brief. Good location down Suleiman Terrace off Jawatte road.
