Magic Suite Hotel Salmiya Plus

The hotel was a complete disaster. The room we stayed in was very old and dirty, nothing like the photos. The internet was broken, the room was freezing cold and the heating system didn't work, we all got sick from the cold. The kitchen smelled and everything was broken, so we couldn't use it at all. You can see how dirty the room was in the photos. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Magic Suite Hotel Salmiya Plus has a good location near the sea and close to restaurants, shops, and the main road. The rooms are okay for a short stay—spacious enough and with basic things like a bed, AC, and TV. Wi-Fi worked fine too. However, the hotel feels a bit old, and some areas could use better cleaning and maintenance. The check-in was slow, and the room had a few small issues, like a broken curtain and a leaky faucet. It’s fine if you just need a place to sleep for a night or two, but don’t expect luxury. The staff were polite, and the price was fair for the location.

بعد ماحجزت عن طريق الموقع وجائتني رساله بأن الحجز مؤكد عندما وصلت الفندق الموظف المصري قالي لا يوجد غرف متاحة والفندق كله فُل !!!! طيب ليه بالموقع متاح ؟ وليه تجيني رسالة بأن الحجز مؤكد . وضاع ساعتين من وقتي ادور بالسالمية حتى اجد فندق

Stayed for a month with family of 4. Very convenient for short family stay. Pool is great for kids and service is a plus. Location is walking distance to parks and malls except extremely hot. Building is old and hopefully can be refurbished soon same as the apartment furnishings. Smell of the small lobby is very homey, you can even smell it before entering, which means you arrived at your second home.

Worst service ever in Arabic countries. Internet speed of 20th century Worst attitude at the reception Refuse to provide room clean service "this is not 5 star hotel, give you three people three towels for three days is the biggest mercy" said by the reception Shame on you opening in Kuwait

Simple clean room to stay but the toilet had a plumbing issue and so was full time wet... and that felt dirty. Otherwise staff is humble and the location of place is quite good.

للاسف الفندق كامل متكامل من ناحية توفر كل شيء ثلاجة غسالة اتوماتيكية شتر للنوافذ شامبو صابون المصري الي بالرسبشن جدا محترم ومتجاوب وحاول يغير لي المخدات الوسخة الحمام حصلت الكرسي كله بول المخدات كلها بقع الارضيه حيل وسخ عدم توفر المناديل لكن عند الطلب تم توفيرها لازم احد يراقب العمالة الي تنظف او يغيرون لان حرام مثل هالفندق يكون وسخ

من الاخر فندق زباله ولا يستاهل حتى لو يعطونكم بلاش من غير فلوس لا ماي حار بالحمام ولا تنظيف غرف والأثاث خايس والشراشف خياس ايضاً وكلشي خايس بهل الفندق والله لا يهنيكم بكل فلس خذيتوا من عندنا

المفارش غير نظيفة والرائحة كريهة والحمامات غير نظيفة

Hello, i came here and i wish i never came to stay in this place.. there was one receptionist he was very bad and told me to take my stuff on my own and he shouted on me!! Very bad customer service i will never stay here again.

We stayed here with our family of 8 people. We rented two rooms on 1 floor. Its a verder good hotel. The service is great. Reception do anything for you in there power very helpfull. Things could be better like maybe a watercooker and netflix in all rooms, but overall We have a very pleasent stay. Dont make urself scared for the other reviews. When you look for a nice place to stay, with plenty of room a swimmingpool ( for everybody not Just woman and kids) a good place close from beach and salmiya souk and for a very nice pricing, this is the place to be!!

السكن مرتب وجميل و الموقع ممتاز الموظفين بشوشين و محترمين كل الشكر للاخ محمود على تعاونه و تعامله

لا انصحكم في هذا الفندق لو كان سعره بدنيار واحد الاستقبال المصري الاصلع اللي يداوم من الصباح للمغرب تحس انه هو مالك الفندق اسلوبه سيئ جداً وموب فاهم شي وموب كفو لمكان مثل هذا لاستقبال العملاء فهذا يدمر سمعة الفندق اتمنى توظفون ناس ارقى من كذا .. والمكيفات سئيه والاثاث قديم والنت سيئ تقيمي له اذا فيه شي تحت الصفر عطيتهم

الشقه للاسف سيئه ! الاثاث مو نظيف والستاير ايضاً ، الكبت معلق مايسكر ومغبر مو نظيف ، السرير فيه شعر مو نظيف ! والحمام ولا شي زين ! لامروحة الشفط واسلاكها طالعه ومكشوفه والفرنجي منكسر والباب ياالله يتسكر !! حتى غرف النوم مافيها مفاتيح 👎🏼

اولاً : سكنت في هذا الفندق ٤ مرات .. جيد نوعاً ما سكنت فيه مره وحده فالصيف والمكيف سيء جداً الباقي كانت في الشتاء ثانياً : نسيت سماعتي ايربودز فالغرفه رجعت للاستقبال اليوم الثاني قالو مافي شي وماحصلنا السماعه ( 👎🏻 ) مافي امانه فالفندق لا انصح فيه ابداً ، والله يعوضني

Wonderful experience and staff are friendly and helpful…. Receptionists are super good humans (morning and evening both ) and trying to be helpful as much as they can ….I do recommend everyone to live there as tourists.

الفندق يحتاج الى صيانة وتغيير الأثاث بالكامل انا لقيت الأثاث من ٢٠١٩ إلى ٢٠٢٣ ما تغير نفسه ونفس الديكور بالضبط السرير الدبل غير مريح منخفض في الوسط المطبخ يفتقر الى موقد كهربائي المواقف غير كافية تضطر للوقوف على طرف الشارع اعطي مكان الاقامة ٣ من ١٠

شقق جميله للعائلات هدوء لكن العيب انني حجزت فيها وصادفت اعمال صيانه و بناء في الادوار السفليه مواقف متوفره سوف اعرض لكم الصور لاحقا
