Room service very bad Staff behavior very very bad👎 Housekeeping not good Kitchen equipments are not in working condition and always asking money for repairing I Request to Magicsuit Honor please change the staff behavior and improve it

Had a very good experience staying in Magic Suite Mahbulah. Rooms are perfect and well maintained. Staff is very good and friendly especially Receptionist Mr.Mahmud is very polite and helpful. Highly recommended to stay in Kuwait for short term.

المكان نظيف والسعر مناسب.. ويوم ما خرجت شيك أوت متأخر للمطار ف التاسعه مساءا ما زود رسوم مع العلم ميعاد الخروج الثانيه عشره ظهراً وشكر خاص لاخي الاستاذ عصام المحترم الخلوق قمه الرقي والادب في التعامل وتقديمه صوره مشرفه للفندق واتمنى ان يكون كل العاملين بمستواه الخلقي والديني ان شاء الله

Dear Magic Suite Mahboula Management. I'd like to thank you in advance for being the accommodation that has been provided for us. But I hope that in the future the management can make changes and improvements for the sustainability of the hotel. I don't know how the system works for hotel management in Kuwait, but most hotels in countries that are in the tourist industry mostly focus on the quality and service of their accommodation, because of course customers will indirectly become word of mouth promoters that can benefit the hotel. But unfortunately I don't see that working in this hotel. Many things are detrimental to customers, ranging from the staff who are less caring and unfriendly to customers, the quality of security and safety of customers who are mortgaged because almost all customers have the same concerns about the elevator function. I personally as part of the former ILO team was very concerned about the condition of the elevators in this hotel. There are three elevators but only two of them are functioning, while the other one really tests the endurance of the customer's heart because sometimes the elevator doesn't function properly but turns into a trap that is quite terrible, plus the incident this afternoon where the elevator continued to move quickly from the G floor to the 24th floor without stopping at any floor intended by the elevator user. If my assumption is correct then it seems that the elevators in this hotel do not follow the international procedure to perform elevator maintenance at least every three months. Does it take an adverse event or casuistic mortality in this hotel for the hotel management to repent and improve the system? And another problem also came from the laundry. I don't know what happened to our clothes, because I just got my clothes still in wet condition, of course not ironed. And also I lost my clothes, I don't know what the laundry did, because there are so many wild assumptions that are very, very negative in my mind regarding the scandal of the loss of our clothes. Either our clothes got mixed into someone else's set or the laundrette had a strange fetish for our clothes. Also about the washing machine facilities, which we had enquired about with the receptionist but the answer was the same like the greeting card template, the content is always the same "we will give it to you tomorrow", but in fact there is no realisation of any kind. Therefore, once again, I have an assumption that seems to be correct that this hotel doesn't have a Quality Management Departement, so it is very, very far from being an excellent quality hotel. My suggestion is that in the future this hotel can choose competent employees who are also friendly in serving customers and responsive in fulfilling requests and suggestions from customers. Because hotels as a service provider business should serve customers, not hotels that are served by customers. Make improvements for the sustainability of this hotel itself. Please pay attention and thank you.

المكان نظيف وممتاز وسعرها مناسب جدا بالنسبة للموقع والقرب من الخدمات ووجود المسجد قريب والبقالة اذا احتجت شي والخدمة ممتازه وموظف الاستقبال عصام ماشالله عليه خدوم وبشوش وتعامله راقي

شقق جدا سيئه لا نظافه ولا شيء لا يغركم صور عطيني شقه مفارشها مستخدمه وعلى المفارش بصمة جزمات كلمت الاستقبال بدلوهم لي ونفس الوصاخه بركة سباحه فيها ريحه شقه صراصير وريحة غبار

تجربتي من خلال شهر ساكن بالفندق اولاً الاستقبال والخدمه وسرعه الاستجابه من الاستاذ عصام شخص رائع في تعامله ومؤدب وهو اضافه للفندق ثانياً النظافه والهدوء والامان شئ يمتاز بهم الفندق

الفندق جديد وجميل لكن للأسف الأدارة عمالة لذلك تجد عدم نظافة في ملايات السرير وكنب الصالة وهم لايجدون هذا وسخا فياليت المالك ينتبه لهذة النقطة حرام والله تقييمه في بوكنج مخيب وهو مظلوم

السلام عليكم تجربة للاسف انها الاسواء في تجاربي السكنية لا انصح بالتعامل معهم النظافه متوسطة المفارش صفراء لا يستحق السعر في اليوم الاول لم يرغب الموظف بسحب المبلغ عن طريق الدفع الالكتروني ATM بل اصر على الكاش ورهنت عندهم مبلغ بالدولار لحين معاوده عمل جهاز الدفع الالكتروني ثم بعد يوم تسوق شاق اتفاجئ باقفال الغرفه على الممتلكات ورفضهم اعطائي رقم الادارة واصرارهم على الدفع كاش لا يريدون ان ادفع عن طريق الدفع الالكتروني وانتظاري في الاستقبال الى الساعه الثانيه صباحا اسوى تجربة على الاطلاق ..لا انصح بالتعامل مع الاستقبال يحتاجون دورات لاستقبال الضيوف .. + لا يوجد رقم تواصل مع الادارة في حال الاستفسارات او الشكوى

نشكر اداره المكان وبالاخص ا عصام لاستقباله الرائع وخدمته الماميزة والفندق فى المجمل من ناحيه النظافه والموقع والخدمات وحمام السباحه ومساحه الغرف والاسعار جيد جدا

,المكان كانه مهجور مافي احد فرسبشن اذا احتجت لاي خدمه غير مكتمل الاحتياجات لاتوجد عربه ترولي لحمل الأمتعة توجد واحدة ومكسوره إحدى العجلات لايوجد عمال تنظيف ومساعدة الوان الغرفه مزعجة للعين لايوجد تناسق بصري لايوجد مواقف سيارات والموجود دائم مشغول لثلاث او اربع سيارات بالنسبه لحجم سكن ٨طوابق .... المنطقه مليئه بالكلاب الضاله

الشقة والعمارة كتصميم مرتبة تتوفر مواقف قريبة من الخدمات سعرها مناسب فقط يحتاجون المزيد من الاهتمام بالنظافة لمدخل الشقق وللكنب المطبخ لايوجد به اي ادوات تنقصها سلة نفايات بالصالة والمطبخ وغرف النوم

Unfortunately very bad experience, I do not recommend anyone to stay in this place - the whole place is not clean and water leaking in bathroom. I regret spending money in this place.
