Mahavir Square @ Thane is near to Tikuji's wadi. The Apartment consistent of 30 's floor, each floor has six flats. This building is just constructed with in two years & possession of flats was given in end of 2026.The boundry of jungle & Mahavir square is joint with each other. Mahavir Square has all facilities i.e. library, Table tenish, Jim, Banequiet hall, emergency medical room, swimming pool..etc.... etc... all facilities are provided. It's a very nice place.

It's my hillside residence. Beautiful scenery not any less than Manali.

This place is beautiful beyond imagination if you are a nature lover. It offers a great view of the Sanjay Gandhi National Park, especially from the higher floors. Consider making it your home if you love greenery, low AQI and amenities like that of a modern society.

Worst builder ever. If anyone is looking for a project in here, or with this builder i strongly advice you to not. There are reviews of ppl that have just visited and are speaking so high of the place. If you don't get a proper building, proper facilities or basic infrastructure with your new home. Sure the view is nice but you don't stay becos the view is nice do u. You spend your whole savings to get a pathetic building with their management saying this what u get in less. According to them 2-3 crores of money is cheap. I haven't even got my possession and they have already started taking maintenance. When you imagine u buy a home do u imagine perfect? Or u imagine it with gaps in the cement like you're being given a second hand property for the full first hand amount. Please strongly advice to not go anywhere with this builder's properties.

Good project by Damji Shamji Shah Group named as Mahavir Squrare Visited for 2 bhk enquiry. If you like to stay with nature then you must go for it. Looking at location and current development Price seems high the reason could not shortlist Few things I like… 1. There are 2 wings A & B wing where as one is ready to move 2. Attractive lobby area 3. Ready to move property 4. Modern amenities with advanced parking systems 4. Natural and water falls can be enjoyed sitting at balcony 5. Open kitchen concept 6. Tikujuni wadi view from balcony Cons 1. Seems dead end and required some time to develop this area 2. Mountain View is good but one bed room could have been planned to road otherwise you will be feel bored after few days looking at only nature 3. Swimming pool is very close to jungle boundary 4. Few towers in front of property

The OC of the B wing was promised in Dec 2023, Then it was commited for Sankrant and later was pushed back to Holi, they still haven't received OC for B wing despite false assurances , the Sales and CRM team wanted to sell the flats in A wing and I considered it would be a sight, the road leading to the wing is still out of plan and wonder how will people travel there, I feel stuck having invested here

They lied about b-wing possesion dec 2023. They lied about road leading to project from tikuji ni wadi. They lied about it being dhamji shamji project whereas the lead builder is some local nobody called squarefeet. Electricity, water, travel, maintainance everything I recon will be a problem here. I feel stuck having invested my hard earned money in this project.

Excellent upcoming project right next to SGNP. The Sales Team is extremely positive and explained the project in great details. Dhvani especially deserves a special mention. Of all the builders i visited, this is the only place where i found that they will not unduely pressurize you. They will let you think and arrive at a decision with your own pace. I could not book a flat here due to my own budget constraints. You will fall in love with the sample flat for sure.

Place is very good ...but can't comment on construction quality.. as all well known developers are using myone tech.. also price is too high for hill view.. there is direct diff of 15 to 16lac

I love that it's right next to Yeoor Hills and the home owners will have excellent green views throughout their lives...only negative is that not all apartments are facing the hill
