Malak Al Tawouk - Business Bay ملك الطاووق

Malak Al Tawouk is my go to spot whenever I crave a for Mexican salad.It always hits the spot! The taste is consistently amazing, and the price is very affordable. I've also tried other items from their menu, and I’ve never been disappointed. The quality is always topnotch. On top of that, the staff are super friendly and accommodating, which makes the whole experience even better.

I ordered the deluxe rustic fries — definitely not worth it. They looked terrible, were over-fried, not fresh, and they didn’t even include ketchup or sauce. For 17 AED, it’s really not worth the price. I would never recommend ordering these fries. Also, if you’re thinking about ordering the shawarma for 11 AED — don’t. It’s not good either. They used leftover bits of chicken, very small portions, and the taste was disappointing.

I wanna thank staff and manager they treated us very well and we like the delicious food specially greek salad which recommended by manager thank you Mr. Moustafa for warm hosting and great customer service

I placed an order from the Business Bay branch and it was significantly delayed. I called the call center to ask about my order, but the response was very unclear. The agent kept saying they were “checking with the kitchen” without giving any proper explanation or an estimated delivery time. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she suggested canceling the order, which was very unprofessional. Overall, a bad experience both with the call center and the branch due to the late order and poor customer service. I expected much better.

Tasty, quick and freshly prepared sandwiches and grills. Good for snacking or light dinner. They have small outdoor seating too to enjoy in this pleasant weather nowadays. Good value for money!

Got to try their burgers and chicken wings at bysiness bay branch and everything was super fresh. It's a small resturant but space is enough and all SOPs are followed. Staff took our orders at counter and service was really fast! Fresh lemonade was delicious, chicken burger was crispy! Beef burger was juicy and delicious. I liked the wings with bbq sauce, other one was too sour for me. Enjoyed our time there and food was really good! Definitely going back :)

Malak al tawouk is a great lebanese option for residents and foodies in business bay/downtown area.They are specialized in tawouk and quick bites like sandwiches,burgers, chicken wings etc. They are located at bay avenue and their dining area is spacious and lively.Loved their old school setup.They are also offering home delivery. We tried their Tawouk Platter,Beef burger,Tawouk sandwich,soujouk & chicken wings.I highly recommend this place. Tawouk sandwich and soujouk are the must tries here.Sandwiches and burgers are super juicy and delicious.Portions are also great.I was quite impressed with their detailing and service.Staff are polite and friendly.Service is quick and efficient. VERDICT A good option for lebanese quick bites in business bay/Downtown area.

Good food for the price, Tawouk platter and Sandwich is tasty. Fair portion size. Had good offers in Ramadan. Good option in Bussiness Bay area for affordable quality food.

I have a favorable opinion of this food outlet in general, as i like many of their food items and flavor mixes , However, there are many areas that needs improvement I find dining in at this establishment to be a better experience than delivery . Rashidiya outlet for delivery is subpar and of really low standards and bad quality/portion in comparison to other outlets falls far below standards and disappoints 9 out of 10 times ( sandwiches , burgers and salad ) On the other hand, for delivery the Business Bay outlet have higher chances of delivering better quality food all subject to the circumstances as it suffers a lot with inconsistency , possibly due to lack of training or quick employee turnover as i see different people when i visit, and the lack of experience can be sensed at times with the orders preparation. Despite the disappointments, I appreciate that this place offers fair value for money, as prices are reasonably cheap. I’ve noticed that they can be quite stingy with chicken in their sandwiches at times, where you get a few bites without protein. Regrettably, not all ingredients are consistently included in my orders. There’s no apology when this happens; they simply use whatever is available and send it , The attached photo shows a smaller portion of salad than usual, and it lacks the cheese mentioned on the menu that usually always comes with it ( i had times where i received it without avocado ) Although the mexican salad, when occasionally prepared up to standards is of really good flavor, the chicken added is super tasty , ingredients and dressing as well, u can see in the below photo that the portion does not fill a quarter of the container , which happens frequently . Avoid getting the tomato and chicken in the same bite when having the salad !!!! Under any circumstance. In this delivery the sandwich arrived soggy and cold , however this could be careem’s delivery issue not the outlet itself. Hoping that this place works towards better consistency in the quality, id frankly still order from here but cross my fingers for the quality each time.

I ordered shish tawook sandwiche,The sandwiches mainly contained bread and mayonnaise, with very few pieces of chicken. The quality is not as it used to be. I hope you review and improve the quality.

The food was delicious and the service was very respectful. I enjoyed my meal and will definitely go back. It's now one of my favorite restaurants.

Good fast food restaurant, try the MALAK TAWOUK Special Burger Meal, big burger portion, but the fries is small. Good interiors and atmosphere.

I was walking in the mall and stopped into malek al taouk around 4:30 pm to have my lunch to try the food since i heard a lot about it . It was my first time and i really liked the food it was recommended by an arabic guy, he was very polite and he gave the order by himself i was surprised as i noticed he was the manager he was professional and super kind , i highly recommend the place and the food.
