Attention to detail in the room design is obvious.Extra pillow in cupboard is soft, extra blanket too.In the bathroom there's a hairdryer and magnifying mirror. There's also an extra small table by the makeup mirror. Rooms are good size with comfortable bed. Great location. Stay here and you will NOT be disappointed. Breakfast was super.

This is an average hotel in an excellent location. It might fall short on comfort for longer stays, but for short trips, it's a total lifesaver. You can explore Bukhara almost entirely without needing a taxi. The breakfast was great, and the staff was very helpful. That’s why I’m giving it 5 stars!

Lovely hotel; right in the heart of the old town (facing the hamam excavations). Walking distance to all the key sites and to the central, lively part of town The rooms were very large and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

I’d like to give a special shout-out to Bekzod, one of the staff members who showed me amazing hospitality and kindness from the very first day until the day i checked out. The hotel should really pay him more, his service and attitude towards guests are truly exceptional! The hotel itself is amazing! Although the bathroom could use some improvement (the water tends to pool on the floor), the cleanliness of the bedroom area is very well maintained. All the staff ar helpful, and the location is just perfect! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bukhara. 💫

We stayed at Hotel Malika Bukhara and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and spoke fluent English, which made communication easy. They even helped us carry our luggage to the taxi pickup point when we were heading to the train station. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good, and overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Отель классный и находиться в самом старом городе. Обслуживание и сервис на высоте. Персонал вежливый и помогает в решение вопросов. Остались только приятные впечатления .

The hotel is in a very central location, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and very clean, with good mattresses that ensured a comfortable night’s sleep. The reception and all the staff were extremely friendly and very customer-oriented – I really felt welcomed. The fitness room is outdated and not clean. It seems that the equipment hasn’t been used or maintained for quite some time, and some machines do not work. Breakfast could also be a bit more varied.

観光への立地は良いですが、23時頃まで外が騒がしいです。サービスも食事も良かったです。車は乗り入れられず、近くで降ろされます。乗車時も車道まで歩く必要があります。

Best hotel in Bukhara. Large, very clean rooms. Great showers with strong water pressure. Cannot get a better location — steps from the center square, all the important "old town" buildings, restaurants, shopping, and a short walk to additional sites (~15/20 min to ark of Bukhara, for example). The hot breakfast is simple but fresh — you can order eggs. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel, and if you room is facing the street, it can be louder on the weekends but only until 10-11pm. Hotel staff is very helpful, especially Beshod! Thank you Beshod!!! WiIl arrange airport transfer. Taxi cannot pull up to the front door of the hotel; streets are narrow, so be prepared to walk a couple minutes to your car; they help you with your bag/s.

I can not begin to express what a fantastic location this was, from being walking distance to Labi Houze, the lake, local shops, the Ark, masjids and madaras. It includes 2 open bars, outdoor seating for every room. Do not be fooled by the pictures it’s an amazing property for anyone who’s travelling for any reason be it leisure or extreme tourism. The staff members were also always extremely kind during the check in/out and our stay. The breakfast had fresh eggs and fruit- the samsa is amazing! Ps: get a map from the front desk

Bellissimo hotel, con ampie camere, al centro di Bukhara. A pochi passi dai maggiori punti di interesse. Come nelle altre strutture visitate, ho trovato un personale attento, educato e sempre pronto a soddisfare le eventuali necessità! La camera in cui ho soggiornato era gigantesca, finemente arredata e, nonostante fosse a piano terra, molto silenziosa! Colazione variegata

観光のための立地は良いです。 フロントのお兄さんは色々と親切です。 2階の部屋でしたが、wi-fi の電波が届いていないのか、インターネットが使えませんでした。シャワーは夜はお湯が出ません。朝に至ってはシャワーから水すらもほとんど出ませんでした。 湯船はなくシャワーだけで、トイレは非常に狭く、足が洗面台に当たりそうな感じです ベッドの横のランプが切れていて、ティッシュボックスも置いていませんでした いくつかの不満が積もり積もってどうも満足することができませんでした

We enjoyed our 3 nights in a deluxe twin room and the staff were all really helpful and friendly. I don’t know all the names but special mention to G’ayrat on reception and Abbos and Mirshod in the restaurant. Beds were comfortable and the hotel is in a great location. The main terrace is closed as it’s being renovated but there are other places to sit outside without the view.

Гостиниц много по близости и гостевые дома есть, долго выбирали и выбор пал на Малику. Ни разу не пожалели о своём выборе. Номера чистые на 5+ приятный персонал, добрые аккуратные. Расположен в центре старого города, очень удачное расположение, однозначно стоит выбирать эту гостинницу

It is really nice, recently renovated hotel and in the heart of the old city. Close to every city sightseeing places, to the Bazaars, to restaurants. Everything is walking distance We received a friendly welcome with clear instructions. Beautiful neat rooms and comfortable beds, very convenient. Decoration and design was a surprise. Mixture of old and new brought in style together. Personnel were very polite and helpful. Restaurant had a variety of fresh vetgatables, fruit and cooked breakfast dishes, touched with tradition Location 👌 Service 👌 Cleanliness 👌 Design 👌 Breakfast 👌

Superbe architecture. L’hôtel est en excellent état, raffiné. L’accueil est courtois. La cuisine y est raffinée. Situation stratégique, afin de visiter la vieille ville de Boukhara,une vraie ville musée,d’une architecture exceptionnelle.

This is a nice hotel with an excellent location in the old city, very close to the main sites. The breakfast is great — they make good omelets too. The rooms have a clean, modern design and provide all the needed comforts. The staff is very helpful, especially Aziza.

What I Liked: I found Hotel Malika by searching on the map. However, when I arrived, I realized it’s in an incredibly central location. On its category it definately deserves 5* from me. The farthest historical monument from the hotel is the Bukhara Fortress, and you can even walk there through the side streets in just 7 minutes. Such a fantastic location at such reasonable prices is a rare opportunity. On the other hand, no matter how good a hotel is, the attitude of the staff and management is extremely important. At this hotel, we were greeted with the warm hospitality I’m used to in my own country. From the receptionists to the cleaning staff, from the restaurant team to other employees, everyone is incredibly helpful, understanding, and easy to communicate with. Rest assured, they will support you in every way possible. They all speak quite good English and some other languages such as Turkish, Russian etc. Right next to the hotel, you’ll find beautiful cafes, historical sites, squares, authentic shops, museums, and transportation options—all within easy reach. The hotel is brand new but built in harmony with the local, historical architecture. High ceilings, comfortable beds, window screens, top-brand bathroom amenities, luxurious and stylish touches, spacious and beautifully designed bright rooms await you. A lovely area has been designed in the hotel courtyard where you can smoke or sit at a low table. The breakfast also had a very rich variety. I will definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it to everyone. --- What I Didn’t Like: Overall, everything was perfect, but if I must write something, I can only mention these minor points... It would have been great if the hotel’s restaurant, which is still under construction, had been completed. It would also be nice if the windows in the rooms could open upward. The sidewalks around the hotel are being renovated, so some areas might be a bit dusty, but I assume this isn’t the hotel’s fault and will be resolved soon.
