Great store with great product range. The one factor that made the whole experience stand out is getting assisted by Nahiya. She took the time to explain every little detail about every product we wanted and she had all the information. She is a delightful soul and she was the reason we chose to buy our products from mom store.

Nahiya was the best , i’ve been looking for cypex stroller and car seat , and for the best price , she was so helpful and patient with us , until we got the best one and within our budget 😍👌🏼. Thank you Nahiya 🙏🏼

We came from Mauritius Island and really wanted to buy the ICandy stroller, we ended up buying way more stuffs. Nahiya and CJ are so amazing, they were extremely helpful and we appreciate their help a lot.

I want to say BIG “thank you” to Rose🥰 I went to Mom Store Dubai Mall to buy a pacifier. I needed it urgently for my baby. Rose not only assisted me to choose a good one but she sterilized a pacifier for my baby in the store. She not only showed to me where the hot water was, she did everything by herself while I was paying. It was so sweet !

Despite an online order in-store pickup didn't go as confirmed by email, the staff were polite and geniunly tried to help. I had to make another trip weeks later to receive my order. The store is nicely appointed staffed with helpful, knowledgeable staff who are available for help and advise without being too pushy. Much of what you may need is available, and they have free coffee for patrons, welcoming, and smart marketing.

Nana was very helpful and really helped us as first time parents. She was patient and willing to answer all questions we had.

Spend a lot of time looking for a shop with baby clothes/trollies, highly recommend shopping here. Ask for Nana she is a person to go for any advice about the equipment.

Travelled from Saudi as you do....and the staff in this store were so nice and pleasant. Looking to see if we've got the best deal and just went out of their way to drop off the items to our car. Thank you to all the staff here.

السلام عليكم من ارقى المحلات وهالفرع الوحيد اللي احبه بس امس صار موقف ولازم اقوله العامله الافريقيه ماعندها اسالها ويالله يالله تجاوب واخر شي يوم حاسبت وجايه اطلع قلت باخذ حلاوه لبنتي ويالسه اختار وتجيني وتقولي ترا خلاص زوجج خذ ! وخليه ترا في زباين غيركم وتقدرو تفتحو الكيمرات وتشوفو ! عيب مش حلوه الحركه أبدا ! اتمنى اتمنى تشوفو الموضوع فهي لا تجيد التعامل مع الزبائن.

Being first time parents, it was a challenge for us to find a reliable and affordable stroller that will suite our needs and ofcourse quality for its price also. We had a great experience with Mom Store Dubai Mall Branch because of Ms. Tricia. We already have options as we already did our research, and all of them is available to see that day. Ms. Tricia is very knowledgeable in the all the strollers we have seen, and she give us some recommendations that help us bought the stroller that will meet all our expectations. We were in two minds about a couple of strollers and baby seats, we were assisted by Nahiya, she was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the products. Honestly, it was an exceptional service and energy rarely experienced in Dubai. If you ever make it to the store, make sure you find her for an exceptional experience.
