Mandala Backpacker Circle is a great budget-friendly stay with all essential facilities. The dorms are clean, the food is good, and the toilets are well-maintained. The terrace area is a nice place to relax, especially with the cozy majlis setup. Plus, their cute cat adds to the welcoming vibe! The owner is responsible and understanding, making sure guests have a comfortable stay. The only downside is that the water pressure is quite low, which can be a bit inconvenient. However, considering the price and overall experience, it’s still one of the best stays you’ll find in Jaipur. Highly recommended!

Fine hostel with very friendly staff, they can help you with almost everything and offer free station pick-up when you arrive. The location is a bit tucked away and might not be super ideal if you're a woman on your own. There are not that many eat options close by either. The hostel itself offers food as well for a reasonable price, but it took very long to prepare. Tasted good though! Room and bathroom were spacious. Bathroom only had a window without glass (so basically a hole). One day we found a pigeon sitting there, that luckily did not come in at the end.

Good vibes, great hangout places outside the rooms and up on the rooftop. Friendly stuff and cute hostel cat :) There's drinking water and luggage storage. Close to sindhi camp train / bus station. A bit hard to figure out how to go into the building but I've posted a picture from the entrance. You basically go up the stairs on the left side of the motorbike. Then you immediately go up another block of stairs that are coming on your left. Enter the blue door ;)

I have stayed for a week and there was no cleaning service even for once during the entire week. When i questioned them about it during checkout they were saying that they clean the rooms around 2pm...who would stay in the room at 2pm???...Did we book the room to stay there for the entire day?? Inspite of the worst service they charged me extra for just extending my stay for just half day....never ever book this property and just don't fall for the cheap price..even the floor is very dirty...looks like a devil house.

I recently stayed at Mandala Hostel Jaipur for one week and had an excellent experience. The environment is vibrant and welcoming, and the entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to vicky Dusyant, the community manager, who provided outstanding support throughout my stay. The team's dedication and hospitality made my stay memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Had to take a pit stop before going to Udaipur. This place is comfortable, friendly service and colourful rooms. There is little parking space as this place lies on a busy narrow street. The food was great, the toilets and rooms were clean. There are bunk beds and individual beds depending on the price. This place is great for solo travellers and friends.

There's a very homely positive vibe in this hostel. It's clean and the terraces are the best part of this property. The staff are so amiable and helpful that you feel as if you've come to stay at one of your acquaintance's place! I've stayed in many hostels in Jaipur (the more popular brands in this sector) but it is the simplicity of this hostel that instilled a sense of happiness throughout my stay over there. I would love to come back and stay here every time I am in Jaipur.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The place itself was good and the staff were cooperative, which made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, I did notice that the owner seemed to have a bit of a negative attitude towards Indian guests. Despite this issue with the owner, I still found the hotel to be a pleasant place to stay. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, but would advise the owner to work on improving their attitude towards all guests

They double booked my room. I had pneumonia and was planning to drop my bags off at the hostel before going to the hospital, but they double booked my room so I had to look for last minute alternative accommodation while lying in a hospital bed being given IV fluids. Thanks guys. Keep caring about people.

The staff was very humble and welcoming. They had very good roof-top eating area with very hygiene cooking and hygiene food. Other staffs were also very welcoming. The shared spaces and dorms were clean and well-maintained. Washrooms were also very well-cleaned. Overall it was a very nice experience staying at the place.

The rooms are very rustic. No window. No air conditioning. The light is not pleasant. There is no closet for belongings. No private bathroom. It is located on the terrace. When I arrived I smelled smoke from a barbecue on the terrace. It smells like cold tobacco. I confirm the reservation cancellation details to increase the price. It should have been full, but there is no one there. I also confirm the opening of the room door where it turns on the light, very annoying, the room is stuck to the reception. The doors to the terrace are constantly open. A guy from the staff follows you for 50 meters, to the street, to ask you for a tip. The front door is locked with a padlock, which is annoying when you have to wait for someone to arrive. The inn is not marked in any way. The owner charges for the supposedly free tea, it's up to you to remind him and insist. I've been traveling the world for 20 years. This is the worst experience of my life. Pleasant welcome with one of the staff. Only her. WiFi ok. There is nothing else positive added. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND NOT TO ANYONE PLANTING TO GO THERE.

The overall experience was good. Cheapest option you will get in Jaipur. Locality is little dirty but the hostel is very neat and clean. They clean every day and changed bedsheets and blankets. They have a roof top and balcony which is good. Food was average and you can choose eating from outside also. Hostel is not easily visible from outside as it is not on the ground floor.but the location is correct on google map. The only bad experience I had was there was much delay in getting room eventhough I booked on online in advance. The reception is not aware of the bookings done online and he gave my room to someone else and there were some issues related to it. He was little rude in the beginning but later he managed by giving some discount to that person.

I arrived in the early morning. I stayed in a girls' dormitory for a night. Beds are comfortable, in bathroom you have warm water. In the room there is ac and fan, that this season you don't need of course. Hostel looks very artsy and there is a terrace on the top of the roof where you can enjoy the Sun. Very relaxed place to stay at. You meet other amazing travellers for sure!! 🌻

We stayed here for one night because we were convinced by the nice reviews and the super friendly people and owner. Even tho the place is difficult to find (it’s inside the market, no signs, there’s a staircase that leads up to the hostel) and the entrance was super dirty we were convinced that it was cleaning time and that the place would be clean and our room would be nice. Unfortunately the entrance was still dirty at night and we could only get 1 towel for the two of us. We got our room that seemed ok, but by night the sewage smell in the room was horrible. The walls are also paper thin so I couldn’t really sleep because people are sleeping in the main lobby front of the room and some people sadly had some issues so they were throwing up. The staff was very friendly which is why I will give it 2 stars.

This place is clean and comfortable with friendly service. We stayed here for 3 days and the room rent is budget friendly. They serve good food too. Parking place is also available for two wheeler.

It was a very comfortable and homely feel room with bunk beds. We had common bathroom which was cleaned regularly and the food was homely cooking and amazing☺️❤️❤️ . For a budget friendly and travelling stay for few days.. its totally worth trying. And the Asuthosh bhaiya was extremely sweet and welcomed us and the stay felt like home.

I think Mandala Backpackers has been the Best Dormitory I Stayed in so far. The rooms are neat and clean and regular cleaning of floors and washrooms are done. There are total 4 washrooms with modern facilities. The beds are very good with comfortable mattresses. Rooms have AC. Nobody will regret while staying there. Per bed charges are also very less and affordable. Best dormitory in Jaipur. Nearby metro station is Chandpole. Bus station is also near to it. Amazing experience. The owner was decent. They have their own kitchen. You can order and have your meals there too. Prices are affordable.

The place is difficult to find, you will only find it if the people downstairs tell you were to go. We stayed in a double room, it suppose to be the best one they had but it was really stinky, damp and it didn’t have windows. The room wasn’t that cheap either as we found a hotel in town for almost the same price. Also some people sleep on the corridor in front of the rooms so if they are noisy it will be difficult for you to fall sleep. The place is well decorated, a bit messy and the staff is really helpful and attentive.

The only good thing about this accomodation is the rooftop and the paintings on the Walls. I Guess the good reviews are because of the previous owner of the hostel. When we arrived at 1pm there was no one around the hostel. We were walking around trying to find Someone and also messeging to an owner but no response. After 15minutes a guy appeared who didn't speak english, he Just gave us a phone and the Guy on the line Said that he is having Lunch and Will arrive in 5 minutes. After another 15minutes a girl came from one of the rooms and checked us in??? Where was she before? She offered us to Cook us Lunch because she was also going to prepare it for herself. We agreed. After almost an hour we Got our cold Lunch (i think they order it and then they serve it for you on a Nice plate). They are never around, the reception is always empty. Anyone can come in the hostel and take your stuff basically. They never change bedsheets they Just tuck it Back so it looks like they changed it. Half of the showers weren't working all the time, there was no hot Water, rats walking around the bathrooms etc. Not to mention the noise People were making when sleeping on the Hall.... We stayed for few nights and don't recommend it!

It was a very horrible experience at this hostel... some points i want to mention- 1) cleanliness - room are dirty, they don't change the bedsheet and don't clean the bathrooms, and latrines. Even halls are very dirty. 2) A. C. Rooms- i booked the non ac 4 bed mixed room from aghoda in 269+gst... Owner told me to upgrade it into ac room at 498+gst= 550 approx... After payment he dissapeared and came after 30 minutes approx then he provided the room. After coming to room i said him to turn on the ac then he told me that A. C. Timing is 9pm to 8 am... At night i had to asked him again to turn on the A.C. after 30 minutes he turn on the A. C., then at 11:30 pm approx he turn off the A. C. Again and disappeared then i found him somehow and asked him to turn on the A. C. Then he excused about the damaged condition of A. C. And told me that he will turn on after 20 to 30 minutes and then he turn on the A. C.... Very horrible experience with this hostel.. 3) reachability - at entrence you will find dirty tyres, and garbage... At first it seems that it is a suspicious place but somehow you reach the hostel... Very sophisticated place and very less oxygen at this place... Owner will not pick up your call at general.. In emergency forget that you will find someone will help you... Very less people you find at this place.. 4) toilet/bathroom- there is no toilet /bathroom at the floor you are living.. You will have to go to one floor above to go to bath/toilet etc.. Even clean your mouth you have to go to one floor above.. Very disgusting it is. 5) Water- this is the basic amenity you want at the stay but at this place you will not find even drinking water. You have to buy water from the owner at the price of 30 and 40( so called better taste water)... This is ridiculous.. I requested the onwer to give me normal water but he denied and said there is only paid drinking water facility available.. I was shocked to see this. 6) safety- forget girls, even men doesn't seems safe at this place... Outside area also not good in terms of safety. This is the worst hostel, i have ever stayed.. I have stayed at zostel jaipur, moustache Jaipur.. They are far better than this.. I recommend not to go there.. Please... This is a sincere request from my side.
