The Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah is hands-down one of the best luxury experiences in Dubai, that i had the pleasure to visit. The level of service here is proactive and nearly invisible; they clean the room almost every time you step out the door. Incredible 24/7 service. From the staff who hold every door for you to the world-class concierge who can handle any request with ease, you feel truly looked after. Multiple pools (including a stunning rooftop pool) and a private beach. They provide sun lotion, and the beach/pool service is fast. There are plenty of cabanas and lifeguards on duty everywhere, which is great for safety. They offer a huge variety of restaurants with amazing food. The rooftop views from the dining areas are breathtaking—perfect for sunset. They also have great kid care services and high-end shops right in the hotel. If you want a stay where every detail is managed for you, this is the place!

We’ve been coming to the Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai for years now, and it truly feels like our happy place. Especially the Sun Vibe pool the perfect spot to completely relax for the day, enjoy the atmosphere, and escape the busy city life for a while. ☀️ What makes us keep coming back even more are the familiar, kind faces every single time. I recently stayed for 2 nights at the Mandarin Oriental Jumeira Dubai and it was truly an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel has such a beautiful and luxurious atmosphere, and the welcome upon arrival immediately made us feel special. The staff were absolutely outstanding throughout the entire stay, attentive, warm, professional, and always going the extra mile. The room was exceptional, spacious, elegant, and with a stunning sea view that made the stay even more memorable. The highlights for me were definitely Tasca and Noor Lounge. We had an amazing dinner in Tasca with fantastic food and atmosphere, and in Noor Lounge one of the best afternoon tea in Dubai. The setting, service, and quality were simply perfect. And the manager Markus with his team there are so friendly and hospitality making it unforgettable. Also the breakfast and Netsu bar was fantastic. Overall, one of the best luxury hotel experiences in Dubai. I would highly recommend Mandarin Oriental Jumeira Dubai to anyone looking for exceptional service, beautiful rooms, and an unforgettable stay.

Stayed at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai for the 7th time, and that alone says a lot. I always book through American Express Centurion, usually with the hotel credit benefit, and every stay here genuinely feels like coming back home. The biggest strength of this hotel is the people. Everyone knows you, remembers you, and the atmosphere feels warm and personal, almost like family. Service is consistently excellent, easily 10/10, and the hotel itself is exceptionally clean. The location is also a major advantage. Having a private beach directly connected to the property is something that really makes the experience special in Dubai. The gym is honestly one of the best hotel gyms in Dubai, very well equipped and professionally maintained. That said, there are a few downsides worth mentioning honestly. The hotel today feels much more suitable for families than couples, especially during busy periods. In addition, some of the rooms are starting to feel slightly dated compared to the newer luxury properties in Dubai. Another issue is the pool situation. The hotel is often extremely full, and finding a sunbed can become difficult unless you arrive very early or wait for availability. I also think suite guests should receive some priority around pool seating. It is disappointing to see cabanas being heavily monetized instead of offering complimentary access or priority benefits for suite guests. Overall, despite a few operational issues, this is still one of the warmest and most welcoming luxury hotels in Dubai, and a property I continue returning to again and again.

Ottimo servizio, grazie a Manish per prendersi sempre cura delle nostre prenotazioni e di assicurarsi che passiamo un’ottima giornata. Grazie anche a Moyo in piscina sempre gentile e disponibile e a tutto lo staff che ogni giorno si mette a disposizione per rendere il nostro soggiorno speciale. Consigliato a famiglie con bambini, vasta scelta tra le varie piscine e spiaggia stupenda con Cabanas. Super consigliato per passare una bella giornata in spiaggia a Dubai.

My visit to Mandarin Oriental Jumeira was honestly one of those experiences that just stay with you. I got to try the spa, spend time at the pool and beach, and enjoy the food, and every single part of it was just stunning. The spa was so relaxing and beautifully done, the pool and beach area had such a gorgeous vibe, and the food was delicious. I genuinely loved every minute I spent on the property. A huge shoutout to Kiran, who looked after us so incredibly well. He made the whole experience even more special and truly went above and beyond. That kind of warm, attentive service is what sets a place apart. I'm already dreaming of coming back next time with my kids! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a world-class experience right here in Dubai. 🤍

I had the pleasure of staying for my belated birthday and anniversary, and what a stunning experience it was. Our suite was beautifully arranged and offered a wonderful view overlooking the sea, creating the perfect setting for a special occasion. We were also delighted by a thoughtful anniversary surprise, with lovely amenities and a beautiful setup waiting for us. Every single colleague we encountered—from reception to housekeeping and the teams in the restaurants—was truly remarkable and made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. Luxury hotels are abundant in Dubai, but the feeling and level of genuine hospitality we experienced here was truly above and beyond. It was an absolutely divine stay that I would urge anyone to experience. Mandarin Oriental is, without a doubt, a leader when it comes to hospitality, and I can proudly say I am a true fan.

I’ve stayed several times at this hotel when I’m in Dubai. The rooms, facilities, pool, and spa are outstanding and well maintained. They also have two very solid restaurants so you don’t need to leave the resort to find a nice place for a meal. Although I’ve had great experiences in the past, this last time I was quite disappointed. I booked a club room specifically for access to the private lounge and this experience. I stayed in a club room once before here and it was worth the extra. Unfortunately the lounge is closed and this was not communicated during the booking or even after. When I specifically asked during check in, they mentioned it’s closed and they are offering food and beverage at the restaurants and lobby. Considering how much extra you pay for club room, I thought it was misleading. I would have booked a standard room had I known this in advance. I didn’t make a big deal about it but I doubt I would come back after this experience. They shouldn’t advertise a room category which is not available or at least be transparent about it. Bottom line if you’re booking anything with them just double check all the details.

We recently stayed at Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. On arrival, we were upgraded to a sea-facing room, which was appreciated. However, the stay got off to a poor start when we had lunch at the lobby lounge — our order was incorrect, and when it was replaced, the food was served cold, which was disappointing. The biggest issue was the mattress. Having stayed in many hotels, this was genuinely one of the most uncomfortable mattresses we’ve experienced. We raised this with the hotel and they came at night. There were two twin mattresses joined to make a king and they changed one of them at night. When we slept I who slept on the changed mattress woke up at 4am extremely itchy and couldn’t sleep again. In the morning I had bites all over my body and we saw some strange insects in the bed. Beyond that, the rooms and overall property felt quite dated and not in line with the standard you would expect. The general vibe of the hotel didn’t feel fresh or luxurious, and overall, we did not enjoy our stay. We told them to inform pest control but this is a serious issue. Booked for 4 nights checked out after the first hoping not having to go to the hospital.

The service was excellent, and the staff were always cheerful, welcoming, and very supportive. The venue itself was stunning, very clean, and peaceful, with no disturbances at all. The beautiful views impressed all my family, and the room they provided had an amazing view. We also enjoyed a lovely breakfast. A special thanks goes to Melissa and Lucia, who were outstanding throughout. Even when we thought about postponing the event due to certain circumstances, they were very understanding and cooperative. In the end, we held the ceremony on time with full confidence in them, and they did not let us down. Thank you so much to the whole team for making this occasion unforgettable!

My family and I came to stay here to celebrate my mom’s birthday. From the moment we entered, till we left, the service was exceptional. Rafik really went above and beyond to make this weekend memorable; the cake, balloons, chocolates, it goes on and on. The entire team from that moment on was so friendly and sweet, especially the team at Tasca, who further spoiled the birthday girl. Will definitely be coming back!

I am currently staying at this hotel with my family, occupying three separate suites, and while the accommodation itself is comfortable, our experience at the lobby café has been extremely disappointing. On multiple occasions, we were denied a table despite being in-house guests, while several tables remained empty with “reserved” signs for outside visitors who were not even present. As a family staying in three suites, it was frustrating to see resident guests being asked to wait while outside customers appeared to receive priority. The same situation occurred repeatedly, and when we politely raised our concerns, the response from staff was dismissive and lacked the level of hospitality expected from a hotel of this standard. What made the experience even more unpleasant was the behavior of the manager, who appeared more focused on accommodating certain outside visitors than looking after hotel guests and was openly arguing with and shouting at staff members in front of guests, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. A hotel should be a place where guests feel welcomed, respected, and relaxed, not a place where they witness management conflicts and feel overlooked despite being paying residents. The hotel has many positive qualities, but the service at the lobby café and the unprofessional conduct we experienced left a lasting negative impression. I sincerely hope management reviews the café reservation policy, staff training, and leadership standards to ensure in-house guests are treated with the respect and priority they deserve.

Disappointing Experience with Marko at the lobby. We were very disappointed with the attitude and level of service provided by Marko in the lobby. We approached him for assistance in getting a table, but instead of being helpful and welcoming, his attitude was unprofessional and indifferent. As guests, we expected a higher standard of hospitality, especially from a luxury hotel like Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai. Good customer service starts with courtesy and a willingness to assist, both of which were lacking during our interaction. This experience left a negative impression and certainly did not reflect the reputation and standards one would expect from the Mandarin brand. We hope management addresses this matter and provides additional training to ensure future guests receive the level of service they deserve.

Asaad and Katie were exceptional at both check-in and check-out, they anticipated exactly what we needed before we even asked. Their warmth and professionalism made everything feel effortless and personal. At the Club Lounge, Sanjar and Khaled were outstanding, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. By the beach, Moyo and Suraj completed the experience with their positive energy and great service. At breakfast, Way and Nauel were also incredibly welcoming and professional, starting each morning perfectly. Everything felt seamless, polished, and thoughtful. An unforgettable experience.

Ein luxuriöses Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service, einem wunderschönen Strand und mehreren Pools. Die Lage ist großartig – in der Nähe befinden sich die Mercato Mall sowie zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafés. Alles ist perfekt sauber, die Restaurants sind atmosphärisch und das Essen ist sehr lecker. Der einzige Nachteil sind die deutlich überhöhten Preise. Ich würde empfehlen, in den umliegenden Restaurants zu essen – zum Glück gibt es viele davon in fußläufiger Entfernung.

Amazing breakfast buffet, especially in terms of range of offerings and quality 10 out of 10! Fabulous poolside experience and beautiful beach. beautiful rooms and attention to detail to all areas.
