Loved the quality of tshirts/hoodies that I got. They are also constantly upgrading the variety that they have in store. I had an in-store experience, the employees/store manager were friendly too. Looking forward to getting more items.

I love the quality the products and prints but there service and respect to the customers is worse i have bought many t shirts from them but my last order i have placed a wrong size and wanted to return it after sending the item they say that the item didnt pass the quality check and we cant exchange it , they niether sent me the product back nor exchanged it for a larger size . Wont respond to calls / emails . I hope they resolve it this year even though they just took month but still didnt give any response .

An absolute SCAM! The worst experience purchasing a t-shirt through their online store. Didn't deliver the shirt nor did they refund the money. When I try to call them they conveniently won't Pickup nor reply to any messages.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with TheMangaStore, and I must say, it was nothing short of a nightmare. Their complete lack of customer service is astounding. I reached out to them regarding a T-shirt exchange due to size issues, and despite multiple attempts, I received absolutely no response. To add insult to injury, their exchange portal was conveniently closed by the time they finally got back to me, effectively trapping me with an ill-fitting product. This level of negligence and disregard for their customers' needs is truly disheartening.

I recently purchased a t-shirt from here, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations! As an avid anime fan, finding clothing that reflects my passion while maintaining quality and style can be a challenge. However, this t-shirt not only captures the essence of my favorite anime series but also boasts excellent craftsmanship and comfort.

Print and cloth quality are good and justifies the price you pay for the premium, I'd recommend you try them out once. Won't disappoint.

Pathetic experience, one of the worst, never had any experience like this before, and all they had to do was change the size of the product purchased. Emailed them 3 times, no reply, they are a fraud company don’t buy from them.

The best-quality anime clothes you can ever get from this shop. The shop looks very aesthetic, and the shop's staff is very friendly. The manga store also holds events sometimes where you can participate and enjoy every moment of the event.

FRAUD!!! You won't be receiving the product. And seems like they won't be responding to any calls or messages regarding the refund.

They have very good designs and product I have received before expected time only.

Extremely low quality t shirts with disproportionate sizes, not to mention abysmal customer support. better options are available.
