Very bad service. I came to return an item, just because 1 extra day after exchange policies they have denied to refund me. I was travelling, couldn’t come earlier. Staff were very unprofessional, rude and not caring. They should have make an exception and show more flexibility.

I had a terrible experience at Mango, Dubai Hills Mall. I ordered a t-shirt, shorts, and sandals online, but both the t-shirt and shorts arrived in a smaller size. When I visited the store to exchange for a bigger size, they didn’t have it. The staff told me I could get a refund, so I provided the order number since I ordered as a guest. However, after trying to process the refund, they only refunded the t-shirt as credit to a wallet. I told them I didn’t want wallet credit; just wanted my Tshirt and short back. The staff refused, saying it was already done, and the item would stay in the store. When I asked the manager, Waleed, for his family name to do complaints, he refused, became rude,and said told them waleed the site manager and even called security, accusing me of being loud—completely untrue you can check camera who was loud more. I keep the Tshirt as they dont want to give me back and keep even the short also in the store i didn’t take it. This was the most unprofessional service I’ve ever had. I will not be shopping at Mango again, and I strongly do not recommend this branch.

Deserves 0 stars. The worst Mango store in Dubai. I tried to return an item that was in perfect condition and within the return period, but they refused to accept it. Very disappointing customer service

Good clothes, but prices too much higher than average. And plus 1 AED for paper bag. Before I was liked this brand too much and bought so many years. But last 2 years they increased prices just too much and quality don’t worst this money. Even Zara have much more options and much more less prices

It’s sad that ordering online is a better experience, from packing, to the paper bag that they ask you if u need it Even bought a suit and still horrible packing, while online you receive the items super nicely packed, Ordered more than 5 times online and bought 5 times from the shop, so it’s not just a one time that did not match expectations Product wise I love the material, styles and durability

I usually don’t mention name in reviews, but I must say that Reem and Melanie are definitely not ready to greet, welcome or assist clients. So disappointing. Will never visit this Mango branch again.

Urgently needed a full outfit for a black tie night. After going to all the shops I ended up in Mango and found Reem, who has been sooo helpful! Found the best outfit and been so well assisted. Thank you so much!!

Horrible staff, rude and unprofessional male manager - doesn’t know the store policy. Azadea should investigate the customer service and policy knowledge of the people working there. Incredibly rude to the customers. I have never seen anything like this in dubai.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Mango store. I purchased linen trousers for nearly 400 AED, and after wearing them only once I noticed serious defects — stitches coming apart and fabric tearing. When I brought the trousers back, the staff and management were extremely unhelpful and even rude. They told me that Mango’s warranty policy “does not work in the UAE,” which is not true — I checked the official policy before coming to the store. Instead of assisting me, they dismissed my complaint and showed no willingness to resolve the issue. In the end, I left the defective trousers at the store because they were impossible to wear again. The most disappointing part was not only the poor quality of the product, but also the unprofessional attitude of the staff and management. Being told inaccurate information and treated with such disrespect is unacceptable, even for a mass-market shop.

Pathetic is an understatement in terms of service. I purchased an item and they left the tag on. I called multiple times to the store to arrange for the item to be picked up and remove the tag to rectify THEIR MISTAKE. But there is NO ANSWER from the store. Even the mall management communicated with them my concerns but STILL no action. Horrible service.

Came all the way to Dubai Hills mall as the dubai mall store said they have lots of stock for an SKU I was looking, just to be told they didn’t have it! REF17005809! They still have 7 pieces in stock at dubai hills but they can’t find it! Was travelling the next day else wouldn’t have come all the way!

Today I came to return a jacket I bought 4 days ago ! The bag has also a sample peaper with perfume! The manger refuses to return the jacket because it smells perfume!!! Although I explained and show him the peaper inside the bag !!! He said it's smell deferent perfume!! He suggested to put the jacket in the balcony for 2 days!!!!! Then come back ! He was rude and unprofessional and think he is a perfume expert i suggest he invent a perfume by his name ! This was so silly and stupid

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I recently visited Mango at Dubai Hills Mall and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was far below expectations, and after-sales care was non-existent. I tried addressing my concerns both directly with the store and through their customer service channels, but received no helpful response. It’s incredibly frustrating when a brand fails to offer basic support or show any interest in resolving issues. Very disappointing, especially given Mango’s reputation.

Ne rembourse pas même si le produit vient d’être acheté et a l’étiquette dessus avec le ticket de caisse. Prétends qu’il ne correspond pas à l’article original alors qu’il n’a jamais été porté et littéralement été acheté un jour auparavant. C’est bien la première fois que l’on me refuse un remboursement pour un produit neuf tout juste acheté chez mango et je suis très déçu.

I have honestly never had such a wonderful shopping experience! Reem took care of me from the moment I entered the store, helping me to find the perfect outfit for my baby shower. She happily collected lots of different options after listening carefully to what I was looking for- at 31 weeks pregnant & feeling so vulnerable and uncomfortable with my new body, she helped me to find something I feel fabulous in! She took her time, reassured me & was just the most perfect support! She then fetched me some water & found me a seat whilst she steamed my clothes. Reem is an absolute asset to your team & I can’t thank her enough. This was my first time shopping in Mango & I will definitely be back!

I never got my refund back in form of store credits, it been 1 month since I returned the item I purchased online by paying cash at the delivery. I returned the item in store and I was told that I will get in store credit into my online account. Well it’s been 1 month and they are still investigating even though I went back to the store and emailed Mango several times, no refund has taken place. I read that other ppl had similar experience which indicates that mango doesn’t have competent staff or they have financial issues hence they don’t refund ppl for returned items.

Had visited the mango store at dubai hills. Wanted to mention the extraordinary service I received from Reem at the cash counter. A zipper of the sale coat I had taken was broken. She felt that changing the whole zipper by the tailor might not do justice to the outerwear. She searched out a cool little chain and fixed it to the zipper..I’d buy it on full price after that! Great customer service..well done Reem!!

The phone rang several times, but no one answered. There aren't any emails or other ways to contact them directly. It's much more convenient to check availability before heading over in person. I'd rate their customer service a 2 out of 5.

Careless and rude staff. They come to work just to chit chat not to do their job. They should either be fired or trained properly. Horrible and I do not recommend this branch at all. If I could rate it below one star I would.
