How you send your sales on friday evening and how they dare knock on people's doors, it is not allowed to knock on the doors randomly, I will complain to the authorities because the man you send scared me and didn't want to go!!! When I told him there is camera above you he ran away from the building! It is unacceptable!!!

Everything about water is good. But their payment methods on web doesn't support payment by banks, credit card or by phone. Customer care number is also not supportive. I am stopping using their water from this month.

I used the coupon of Al Manhal. I was really happy with their prompt service. I had observed water being delivered and I asked the delivery guy the details and he informed Mr Nithin and he called me up immediately . He was very sweet and helpful and ensured that I could get the water delivered as soon as possible and explained in detail all the offers available. He is very approachable and was always available to take care of my sudden high demands. Thank you for a lovely service by Al Manhal , Mr Nithin and the delivery boys who ensured water was delivered in the exact time and not a minute late. Highly recommend their service

Absolutely disgraceful customer service! Having been a loyal customer for over 6yrs, the time came for me to request that they collect the ‘on-hire’ water cooler and return my security deposit. Having given them 1-month notice ahead of time, they have just cancelled their appointment again for the 3rd time, stating that management didn’t arrange the money today and that all their crews are busy elsewhere. The guy asked if he could tomorrow (Friday), which we both know is never gonna happen! Disgraceful customer service at the end of a long contract!!

Diffucult to contact the customer sevice and only AI answer the phone. I just purchase 25+2 coupon and very next day 2 was deducted without delivered water. Whatsapp sent but no response. Customer service need to improvement

They have the worst customer service!!! They did not deliver for 3 weeks and said we need to buy coupons since we pay cash. After paying for a booklet again they did not show up for a week now!!!! wWe want full refund!! Worst!!! If only you would pay all the inconvenience and the 6pockets of arwa we buy daily. We patronize for more than 2years now yet this is the service we get??? Management? what should you do? We need to complain to ministry?

Very bad delivery system. They come too early, make noise and knock your door 6am for coupons...I had to call 3 times just to arrange a time to get coupons. I canceled and went with another company.
