Masjid Manhattan

A very clean masjid with a dedicated prayer area for women. Restrooms and wudu facilities are available. It’s conveniently located very close to the World Trade Center. May Allah bless and reward everyone who established and maintains this place.

I lately paid a visit to this beautiful Mosque. It's so calm, peaceful and so well maintained. The warm feeling that you get from this place and the community is alternate to none. There's so important respect given to this place of deification and kindness to all that walk through the doors. The soliciting area is large, and you can surely feel the comfort whilst you're concentrating on your prayers. The imam gives perceptive and soul- shifting addresses that will prop in the spiritual growth of all, anyhow of age. I would like to thank all the people who have made this awful Mosque possible. It's largely recommended for anyone looking to supplicate in a warm and comfortable terrain.

I pray Zhuhr at this masjid every day for the past couple of months. Ma sha Allah the masjid is always open, clean bathrooms and enough wudu spaces. The masjid has 4 floors i believe so enough space during Jumuah Prayer. I love this place.

Great mosque, Alhamdullilah! Very nice brothers. Pls don’t make the solat so long, especially during ruku’ and sujud. It takes up to 20 minutes for solat isha, too much. BarakAllahu fikum

Its great, the place to ease your mind after grinding you path around the bussiest place in the world. The inside were really clean, but the interior were not so new... I hope we can gather enough funds to protect and make this masjid become a bigger community for our muslim brother around Manhattan.

Asa..First of all let me say this I appreciate the masjid in the downtown area and. I pray that ALLAH give the Imam and all the attendees success in this Duniya and next.I hate to bring this up but it has happened quite a lot .people that come to this masjid are all working class some have lunch break some come early to pray before their work .Today I went to masjid for salat ul Fajar,please explain why did it take 20 minutes it started at exactly 606 and finished at 625 .please it's a humble request people have jobs to go to places to be things to do also why take so long in Ruku and Qayam please be mindful of old people and sick as myself I suffer from sciatica pain and staying in ruku that long hurts my back and knees. This is a very humble request to Masjid management please do better and I apologize if I hurt anyone's feelings that is not my intention.

A piece of Jannah in lower Manhattan. I prayed johor Salah on a Saturday. When you enter the main door go towards your left and open the door to go downstairs for wudu and bathroom. You can take your shoes to the wudu area and bathroom. Both wudu area and bathroom are cleaned. I think sisters will go upstairs for pray, wudu and bathroom. There are free coffee and tea for everyone. Please donate as much as you can.

This mosque is the only one around financial district. The place is very clean. There are a lot of shoes racks. They have a different praying area for men and women. I love the ambience which is very calm and peaceful. They also have a Islamic class after the Dhuhr pray.

Masha’Allah, een prachtige moskee. Als je in de buurt bent, is het zeker de moeite waard om een bezoek te brengen en deel te nemen aan de ṣalāt al-jamā‘ah

EDIT: Salam, it is nice to know that the women’s section is accessible from the elevator. However, I’ve prayed in most of the mosques in Manhattan (there are only a few) and not one has a locked women’s section. Since this is the case here, please include appropriate and clear signage indicating how to reach the women’s floor, there was no mention of an elevator by the multiple people I asked. So this is something that can easily be fixed by both unlocking the door and/or adding clear signs.

great masjid, also on jumaat they have coffee and bagel, very convenient location as well. A little bit strange layout of the building but that's how it is being in center of Financial District.

Nice masjid in the middle of Manhattan. I went there for Maghrib namaz. Parking may or may not be easily available nearby, I parked my car about 10 minutes away and walked, but it wasn’t bad. The masjid also has a female section on the upper floor. Overall, a really nice experience.

المسجد نظيف و دورات المياه نظيفة و جماعة المسجد والقائمين عليه ودودين و متعاونين و بشوشين نسأل الله أن يبارك في جهودهم

JazakAllah for maintaining the masjid so well. Prayer hall, wudu area, rest rooms were clean. We offered Maghrib prayer.

Nice Mosque, African community based mosque Sunni. Very clean and quite place for salat.
