I had a below-average experience at Manipal Hospital Hebbal. The overall service did not match the premium pricing they charge. At the billing counter, a staff member named Rashmi behaved quite unprofessionally. When my credit card payment failed twice, she started making expressions that felt inappropriate, almost as if I was there for a free check-up. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary. While I don’t have complaints about the doctor’s behavior—they were polite and respectful—I wasn’t satisfied with the diagnosis as my issue wasn’t properly identified. The billing assistants also added to the poor experience. They were pushing me to get tests done immediately without even checking my insurance eligibility. On top of that, they followed me to the payment counter, whispering among themselves and giggling, which felt very unprofessional. Overall, this was not the level of service I expected from a hospital like Manipal, especially after paying such high charges.
