One of the best buildings in JVC, what’s good: - Very easy and convenient location to get in and out of JVC (no traffic lights!) - Extremely well maintained community (maybe because the whole building owned by 1 company, only tenants in there) - extremely good finishing! - Big walk-in wardrobes, Nicely made with multiple designs to fit all your needs - Beautiful bathroom, like in hotels, the only downside for the shower room, it doesn’t have a door, water will splash outside eventually - Beautiful big kitchen with fully fitted Siemens appliances, the only downside here is the fridge being a bit small, and there’s no drawers although there’s a lot of cabinets, you’ll definitely have space for all your kitchen ware - Very good air conditioning in house and all common areas, the big advantage in here, you can turn on the AC for bedroom only and you won’t hear a sound for it! - The main doors automatically close behind you in a smooth and slow way, you won’t be hearing door banging all over the place, only “clicks” - Small pool compared to other communities but nice and clean - Small gym, but it’s nice and clean - All common areas, corridors are cleaned almost twice a day - Maintenance team available 8am-5pm for anything you need - You’ll not see an insect in there except for the flies if you keep your balcony door open - You’ll have a mobile signal anywhere in there except for the elevator Main issues: - a bit more expensive than other communities, and there’s no space to bargain - the house windows are not easy to clean from the inside, and they’re cleaned once every year by the management - the garage entrance is a bit tricky, it’s hard for you to place your access card in the right place and angle for RFID receiver to pick up the signal and open the door, it will be challenging in many occasions
