I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Marg ERP. Before purchasing the software, I specifically inquired about certain features and was recommended a package that was presented as meeting my requirements. However, after completing the purchase, I was informed that the very features I had asked about were not included and that I would need to purchase additional packages to access them. What makes this experience even more frustrating is the complete lack of post-sales support. Once the payment was made, my calls were largely ignored, and obtaining assistance became nearly impossible. I also reached out to customer care and sent emails detailing my concerns, but the responses were generic, scripted, and entirely unhelpful. It felt as though I was speaking to individuals trained only to repeat predefined responses rather than address genuine customer issues. The sales process appears highly misleading. Customers are persuaded to purchase a package based on representations that later prove inaccurate, only to be pressured into spending more money. Furthermore, despite requesting a refund within the stipulated refund period, I was informed that no refund would be provided. In my opinion, this reflects a serious lack of transparency, accountability, and customer commitment. Once Marg ERP has received your payment, customer satisfaction and support seem to become a very low priority. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise extreme caution before making a purchase.
