Went for a professional pedicure, receptionist insisted on booking at 12pm not 1230pm “she has another appointment at 1245” , having arrived on time was told just 5min more, 10 , 15 , 20min, didn’t start treatment till 30 min later. She was apologetic so i was ok, first leg down onto leg two second toe right side starts bleeding 🩸 ouch np lets continue again left side 🩸 cut bleeding ok maybe move onto other toes, rest of leg goes fine thankfully. Mistakes happen she was apologetic it was a bit painful but the worst part is no mention or offer of any compensation whatsover when i asked the receptionist she stared blankly. I’d assume the management has a protocol for when sh@# goes wrong? Oh well
